Why should anyone be allowed to jump the queue at FOS due to their financial circumstances?

Everyone is desperate for their money back & no one should be able to queue jump, cases should be dealt with in strict date order & then we would all get our money a bit quicker.
Hmmmmm wonder where this comes from:rolleyes:

Some people are at risk of losing their homes. Some people are terminaly ill,A goodfriend of mine had high blood pressure and was being made iller by their claim and their complaint was fast tracked,I am quite happy for somone in this situation to be ahead in the queue.

I have waited 9 months to get to an adjudicator. I just wondered if anyone knew how long the adjudication bit might take.

I have not heard it taking longer than a couple of weeks if it is straight forward. Good luck x

Has the fast tracking affected you Nat? Did you have to wait?

It comes from me as I am fed up of hearing about fast tracking, in this financial climate we all need the money & it causes us all stress.

If everyone is treat the same then no one can complain.

I am happy to wait but just think it would be fairer to everyone.

Nat do you not think that some people are genuinely worse off than others. I do not mean whether they are on benefit or not but it they are going to lose their homes or cannot feed their family. Surely they should be fast tracked:confused:

I am a carer & can only work part time, we have had some rough times & struggled but do not think that anyone should be able to queue jump.

Nat I know you are a Carer and I have been in a similar position. Do you not think that FOS check fast tracking candidates thoroughly.

I would not like to think a person has lost the roof over their heads or not eaten or had heating because they were made to wait in a queue.
    But,
If the companies just held up their hands and admitted they were wrong no one would have to queue more than 8 weeks.
