We haven't sent any letters yet. I'm just slightly confused, the questionnaire is a stalling tactic? I'm assuming they use the form to stall doing any work? :D Is there a template reclaim letter? I think I'd rather send a simple first to get the ball rolling

    Hi there

Arh right, well what you do is write to them with your reasons, personally I would write in your own words, but if you find the templates will help, use them as a guide, you will find template letters 1 and 2 on the link here of Martin's:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
The questionnaire is some Financial ombudsman service (FOS) help instructions in case the loan company does not resolve in your favour by the final response, so they would let you know when they send you the final letter and enclose details of the FOS, the questionnaire on this added link is that of the FOS, only if you go as far as them.

    Hope this helps.:)

    Hi there

it might be me but i cant seem to find the templates for letter 2 and 3 on this site?...ive sent off a few to 3 places using the 1st letter of complaint but cant find the other 2??....can someone please paste the link for us?...

    thanx

Hello there, if you check through this link of the guidelines of reclaiming you will find template letters 1 and 2, don't think there is a 3rd, but I would personally use the template letters as a guide with your own words and of course add the reasons that apply to you, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

They should also enclose details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) in the final response from them.

    Good luck.

I've looked through the page quite a few times and I still can't see the template.

I can see a letter requesting the original agreement, letters to complain to the FOS and the questionnaire but no original complaint letter

    Hi there

Yes I see what you mean, looks like there is a follow up but I cannot see the first one either, unless I missed it, but here is one to also help you through from the Guardian.

Hope you can open this one ok.;)

    Hiya honey

    Hope your well.

If they are not resolving anything for you, then complain to the FOS, like the same procedures as reclaiming the PPI, write to them until you receive a response or a final response, and give them the 8 weeks, it may be the case it will have to be resolved by the FOS, LLoyds are not the easiest of them to deal with....I know.;)

So put it into writing all your concerns and if they cannot help you, then move on to the FOS, and if your struggling and in hardship, request for fast tracking.:A.

Back later, (popping out to collect repeat prescriptions). XXXX

Hiya Sharon honey, your most welcome.:A;):)

Right now what you do is complete the FOS complaints form as you do with the PPI complaints and enclose "copies of all correspondence you have", and in your situation you can request for fast tracking as well.

It does not seem that LLoyds are budging at all, so this looks like the best option you have now.
However, you could give them one more chance, give them 14 days. and tell them you are considering going to the FOS on this matter.
Then if you hear nothing then continue with the below:

    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm
Or give them a ring if you want them to post the complaints form out to you.
Tell them how much stress this have caused you and what you have been through the last year or more, and (health as well), I think you got the drift honey).:A:A:A XXXXXXXXX
