Sorry should say is it better to fire off to the lender first to see if they'll re-open and if they fail then contact FSA/FOS

Yes I was going to come back to you on this, so thanks for posting which reminded me lol.
Write to the ones who set this up for you first and see what they say, make them aware of the cases being reopened as stated by the FSA as well.
    Good luck.;)

    Hi and welcome.

    Good luck with this.
If you do send them anything only do so in copies and not the originals, however its not essential to send them anything if you don't want to.
    The choice is yours.:)

Fingers crossed for you, please keep us posted.

    Di

Just to say I have had a questonnaire through from Barclays. The letter with it says they are looking into my case and will let me haver an answer or update by April 14th.

    So sending back today.

Hope I have completed the questionnaire ok. Just feel they will try and catch me out there somehow :rotfl:

Good luck with this, you should be fine, Barclays do tend to send out questionnaires, and just write to the best of your knowledge, making a point of asking them to refer to the account and/or your letter for the details they require, you will be okay.:D;)

Good luck with this anyway X;)

Thanks so much, can't believe what a friendly and helpful place this is!

You are all wonderful, and would never have even attempted this if I did not know I could ask you all every step of the way, as I just do not have a clue with this sort of thing. xx :T
