Send the letter out to them today or sooner:o Once you have recorded your complaint then you should be ok. It is not just the 6 years from when the loan ends it is 3 years from when you realised you were mis sold. Use the template on this site just to get you going and send recorded delivery they have 8 weeks to respond. Good Luck

hi there, have you it in writing that they have dropped your case? if you have then write to bank and tell them you are not happy with the offer, if this loan is still running find out what you have paid in ppi, if it is more than what they are offering you, let them know you want all ppi paid to date back with interest, hope this helps. i think this may be a fob off

    Hi and welcome,

I take it you were mis sold the PPI with the bank loan?

For this you write to them to reclaim with your reasons on how you believe you were mis sold, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, below is Martin's link to the guidelines of reclaiming the PPI, check this out, it has template letters to help you through and if any of the reasons apply to you in the mis selling checklist then write them in your letter.

You do not have to write down the amounts though, they should send you these if your successful, or you can request they send them to you, post by recorded delivery for your proof of posting.

Hope this helps, good luck and please keep us updated, cheers.;)

Did I read something a few months ago that the banks were to look over every case that they had dismissed or refused the claimants refund after FOS/FSA had changed the rules.
    Can anyone clarify?
Thanks to all the competition posters.
