Well done Buffy - remember, just making a plan to take on small step is a positive move
It will get better, even if right now it doesn't seem like it

Ok last post for the night, honest!
will redo seating plans in the morning, have ordered new mem stick for work to be more organised. and another self help CD(!)
I have a new folder to use too, and will print out new registers tomorrow as well.
I will get through this. it is just a job it pays the bills.

Hi Buffy, long time no talk......I think we were sitting on a bench togther last time!
You ( and Louise ) were a very positive influence for me recently, you were able to cut right through all the cr*p and helped me really think about what was good/bad important/unimportant in my life. If you can do that for me......
Maybe its time to think about the stuff you LIKE about your current position and use that to get through your remaining time there, so often the bad stuff wins out because it is always at the front of your mind.
Applying for new jobs is a v good move, but re-read any applications before sending......dont want any unwanted negativity creeping in.
Talking of creeps, I hope today went well. Any observer worth their salt should be able to recognise a bit of stage-fright !!!!!!!.....and DONT say 'but I shouldn't get it'...
Taking the snails for a walk?
PM anytime. pepe x:D stay wonky
