£16,827.37
thats my current debt total.
sold a book on Green Met, sold four things on E bay (and bought a few but I think I may end up using some as gifts.
Work hit rock bottom today, Head came to observe me and I sucked. I got so nervous. I lost my thread siad the wrong thing hopefully the !!!! wont hit the fan till monday. but it was awful
Words really cannot explain how much I hate my job and how much i wish I could walk out.
I am always so unhappy and so so tense.
but ironically if I can hang on a bit alonger I be free of this debt and getting another(lower paid) teaching job wouldn't be such an issue.
This is so hard. I need a hug. I need something in my life to go right.
and I know how self pitying that sounds but I am officially at rock bottom.
if only I had the guts to leave.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

Hugs Buffy. I personally think life's too bleedin short to spend that many hours a day somewhere that makes you so unhappy. Cant you start looking for a new job now, and maybe take a little longer to become DF, but be happier doing it?Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hi Buffy
(((((((HUGS)))))))
I'm really sorry to hear that you are going to through this. It has been such a hard slog for you - you are so close to that end goal.
Not sure if you can - but can you put down the teaching observation to 'performance anxiety'. It is really hard to be observed by others.
Buffy - go back and read your posts on this thread and the others you have been on. You are on the last part of your rollercoaster ride to be debt free. The question you need to ask yourself is this: can I hang on til December when you will be debt free? Or do you need to get off and get on a slightly less bumpy ride that will take a bit longer but will make you feel better along the journey?
I'll be on here for a bit - keep talking.

Oh and I read the rest of the post Buffy sorry, didnt mean to sound insensitive. If staying in the job will pay your debt off quicker then you have to devise a stategy that allows you to concentrate your energies into paying the debt off and not hating the job IYSWIM. Have the debt repayment as your goal every week you go to work and in the mean time make your escape plans to get out. xThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
