There are different numbers for each service, try this one, at worst maybe they can give you the right number to call
08702 400 555 Were your bottles not sealed in plastic packs? My washing up liquid all came in their own plastic bag and the glass drink bottles were covered with bubble wrap.0 -

No, nothing was wrapped in bags or bubble wrap, everything was loose and is all ruined now, even the pringles were loose, not in their multipack.0

You seem to have a somewhat odd idea of the relationship between buyer and seller - but I suppose that shouldn't be a surprise, given that you have posted fifty times on this site, and around 90% of those posts are written in support of Approved Foods! Without wishing to appear to point a finger, as of course it may be coincidence, but you only joined MSE a month after Approved Foods first started being mentioned here....... And whether you like it or not, it's unlawful to take money for goods you know you cannot deliver.
May I politely suggest you take a step back, and have a hard think about whether you *really* think it's acceptable to take money for goods you know aren't going to be in stock, and then fail to tell customers for a couple of weeks that their order is a) going to be late and b) is only half-there?
wow you really done your research!! lol0 -

If the items were badly packed then it is the fault of the packer, not DHL, I think maybe you should call Approved Foods and make sure they know some of their packers are not doing such a good job. My own parcels were both really well packed and even though the DHL man dragged them across 50 feet of path and grass by the strapping they were completely damage free when opened. I am sorry your things are all ruined.0 -

Yes gotta agree, packing does not seem to have been done as it should - usually they pack the items well. I would contact Af first and take it from there. As usually they bubble wrap and put extra card board in boxes to stop bits from moving around etc.0 -
ok I am calmer now and not so upset. I have a number to make a complaint about the DHL driver, I was so upset that he left me, stood in my pj's in the door way, with my baby behind me, with a leaking box and no idea what to do with it. It was raining so the box was getting even wetter. I was getting wet and I couldn't close the front door. I eventually managed to open the box on the doorstep and find the leaking bottle. I left that outside and have pulled the rest inside thge door, there is now pepsi all over my floor.
I then called Dan and he was so very very nice! He said that they had not been wrapping things in bubble wrap as they thought it might be ok without. I have to say the bottle seems to have been melted in some way, perhaps it was near the wheel arch or some other hot area in the van? I don't know but it wasn't pierecd by anything. Anyway, Dan said they will refund anything that I feel is ruined. I am happy with that. I was more upset with the delivery man that didn't help me than the food.0 -
Are you saying that the DHL man did not put the box into your house? Or that he was rude to you? I know mine were put just inside the doorway, they were very heavy so I didn't expect any more than that!
Or are you saying that you left the box outside deliberately as it was leaking? Which under the circumstances was probably sensible...
