            Sorry to hear some of your items are ruined, my own boxes were really well packed, not a single biscuit was broken, I guess that's a problem with taking on new people, training takes time and without it they don't always do such a good job. What seems like common sense to most people is sometimes lacking in others. Maybe you can get a refund on the items that are not useable?

            I contacted them a few minutes and they have just sent notification of a refund. So fair play to them. They are clearly trying to do their best and respond to customer issues.0

That's excellent news! I hope they will also speak to their packers about being more sensible with heavy items and checking lids are secure.
