Tesco Cancel Food Delivery

tesco man delivered our shop earlier in the week ,didnt think he would because of the weather ,well he broke down in the next street my oh had to go and get the shopping (not ideal with the weather like its been and it was in the dark)because of that tesco have refunded delivery yay thanks tesco (always had great service from them):T

I guess some members of staff just don't care... In my store we have 10 vans going out 3 times a day. With this number of deliveries each day there are bound to be problems but it's the way the problems are delt with.

I've just received an email from Tesco offering me double clubcard points on my next shop because they'd cancelled my original order last week.
