What is meant by 'Aggrevated' vehicle taking without consent? Does it mean forcefully stolen?

As I said in my first post 'I am only guessing here' LOL
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
  • Aggravated means in simplistic terms that it was crashed, damaged or caused damage in some way...Not, as people think, that it was taken by force.

So just being in a TWOC'd car can end you up with the same penalty as if you were the person who took it.

allows himself to be carried in or on it.. But he was forced wasn't he?
I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!

Was the youth banned after being found guilty as the thief, or was he guilty of allowing himself to be carried in a vehicle knowing it to be stolen?

Same sort of offence both committed by thieves, just one drove and the other was a passenger ? I take it he pleaded guilty ? or as he was "forced" did he quite rightfully plead not guilty but unfortunately was found guilty after trial ? just curious.

  • Bloody hell its a good job we have a well developed legal system.

Some of you would still be out trying to drown women to see if they were witches by the sound of it.

The kid did wrong. Doesn't everyone deserve a second chance. I'm sure most of us have done things we regret.
I'm not saying getting him a scooter is the wisest but who are we to make a informed judgement on his character. But if he does anything again he should be dragged out into the street and shot! ;)
