maybe he was forced.. what actions does he need to accept responsibility for? being shoved into the back of a car he couldn't get out of? innocent until proven guilty! if its not proven that he got in the car off his own back knowing what was going to happen then he's innocent.
The last i heard we didn't have kangaroos in our courts.

He got banned by the Court meaning he was guilty of the offence.

Exactly. Being forced to do anything would be a form of duress and a defence ie... not guilty.

I read the entire thread, at no point does the OP suggest that her son accepts responsibilities for his actions. He was the one present in the back of the car, but to this moment he was "forced".

The threads about when his ban will be up. Nothing more.
He's been prosecuted and punished by the courts. Thats it. Done in the eyes of the law.

To be honest OP do you think your son will not be coerced into a similar situation later on or drive inappropriately on his moped when hes coerced into doing so, i do think other may have gone a bit over the top but i do understand why though
