MFD that's really lovely! I bet I get a card and that's it... Downside to working in a small team One of the directors PA in London got LOADS of vouchers when she went on maternity leave last year but I guess that had something to do with who she was a PA for sadly...
Wonder if the lady who went on ML couple of weeks ago got anything... then again she had a huge team working for her... *sigh* I'm feeling unloved at the moment

AF - as MFD isaid f you keep getting sent to hospital for monitoring go and see your GP and get signed off for a week or two. Rest and chillax - then see how you feel.

Appetite's back!

Two bags of Worcestershire Sauce crisps and a chocolate fairycake later - better make sure I have a OH special smoothie after my tea to make up for it.
OH special - 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 2 pears, 2 apples, 1/2 lemon, an avocado, orange juice and a handful of frozen cherries/blackberries. Sounds gross? Tastes fab and so good for you - lasts us both 2 days.

On the subject of Mice, I had them in my last flat. I was alerted by OH screaming 'theres a huge rat behind the microwave'. Turned out to be a baby mouse. We used good old fashioned traps and those ultrasonic things you plug into the socket. Once the mice had gone and we put the ultrasonic things in they never returned. For years afterwards I would flinch everytime I saw something from the corner of my eye thinking it was another mouse!

Many a fun night was spent scooping dead mice into old pringles tubes!

I am off to my little brother's parent's evening in a bit. Well I say little, he's actually 16 and I have always been his surrogate mum. He was my practice run and he's turned into a decent lovely human being so theres hope for Beanie yet.

I will be braving the tube in rush hour. Woe betide anyone who doesnt give up their seat for my bump! Infact I might even need two seats, its a pregnant ladies perogative. There must be some perks!

Work just rang and asked me to do a couple of shifts in March... I've said yes to two but will see how the first one goes before I commit myself to the second I think... As long as I can sit down to do it I'll be fine but don't fancy all the standing at bedsides...

My appetite is coming back, I'm starving... Got no food in the house though... Just used the last 2 eggs and the last 4 slices of bread to make lunch for Aimee and me... Even resorted to one of her frubes seeing as there's no milk... Might have an apple, they're the only fruit we've got apart from some very brown bananas... Hmm... Might be able to make a banana cake... Can you bake with 'You'd butter believe it'?
