Hi Emma, been with TT for a year now on BroadBand, evening and weekend international package and still have six months to run on my contract.
Very happy about everything I get for £16-39 a month.
The latest changes to the TT package and the price increase is a tad confusing.
Am I correct in thinking that if I switch to myTalkTalk Essentials package,I keep all my current services (including free 36 country international numbers)and really the only change will be me gaining free 0870 and 0845`s within my calltime and the remainder of my contract continues and doesn`t start all over again.0 -
Hi Mima,
I'll submit the opt out form for you today - this takes upto 28 days to complete for you.
Hi Alared,
If you change to myTalkTalk essentials before 2nd June you will retain the free international calls to 36 countries. From 1st May you will get free daytime local UK calls and from 2nd June you will get free 0870/0845 numbers in line with your tariff. myTalkTalk is £6.49 per month and line rental is £11.25 per month. A change to myTalkTalk does not start a new contract if you are currently in a contract term. You would only enter into a new contract if you made the plan change out of contract.
Cheers

S - day.
I wasn't realy expecting anything untill late today or tommorow.
Went on line late this morning to make sure I get my mail sorted in case any lenghty disruptions.
No connection so assumed the switch had been made.
Indeed, 15 min later I was up and running (or should I say flying). Didn't even notice the line switch.
Painless, absolutely painless.
:j :T
Thank you TalkTalk :beer:Best regards

I am with TalkTalk and happy with them, I have evening, weekend calls and evening and weekend gobal calls, all i pay is the line rental £11.25 from this month. Oh i also get free papper billing
I renewed my contract last month if had of waited i would have found out AOL do line rental now and it the same company and i have my BB with. The only reason i have the offer above is because i have been with TalkTalk for 5 years and BT keep sending me letters with offers and when it is time to renew i explain what BT have offered me and i would be happy to stay on the same plan as before if they want to keep me
