I've been provisionally accepted apparently. They're sending out a form which I have to sign and return to them. Then they will send the card out. :rotfl:
Well it seems congratulations is in order. Well done!
When they say "provisionally accepted" does that mean you but need you to sign them a CCA and send them ID and that's it?
Did they advise you of your credit limit or APR?0 -
He said ''You'll receive a letter from us which you need to sign and return, then we'll send out your card''. I asked about credit limit and APR, but he said there's nothing showing, and this will be decided once the card has been sent out.
Weird, 3 months ago, Capital One, Lloyds TSB, BarclayCard, T-Mobile and o2 wouldn't touch me. 3 months of paying Vanquis and Aqua on time, I've got 2 credit cards, one on the way hopefully, a current account with lloyds tsb and hsbc and an iPhone 3g contract with o2.
Things are on the up. I just need to stop applying and get those 13 searches down and I should be able to get a mainstream card.
I think the BarclayCard APR is about 28%. Better then the 35% with Aqua and Vanquis. I might even close the Vanquis card. I have no need for 3 credit cards.0 -
i want to close my cap1 and vanquis, but will it look bad with them only being 4 months old??THANK MEEE:j0

I hope mine improves like yours.
What you benefit from is the fact you don't have any adverse information.
I hope that this time next year I will have too have a few credit cards like yourself. Furthermore an iPhone.0 -
Contemplating having a current account with barclays as well. Hmmm... not sure if there's any benefits from banking with the same company who you have a credit card with.0
