The bloody Ref was diabolical, we should of had a penalty in the second half Welbeck was brought down by Jagielka, Ironically, he scored the winning penalty in the shootout. Utd played a weak team but I back the Manager in that!! We were the better team.
It went to penalties Bertatov missed a pen it was the worse penalty miss I have ever seen.:mad:
Sorry to go on but I'm pi*sed off.0 -
This is the only reason I mentioned theft, if I misunderstood your comment then I apologies. However, it seems clear when you say your difference is that your dont think people should pay the banks and someone else beleive they should pay their debts that theft comes it to this somewhere.
Just my personal opinion.
"for instance Mr P has totally different beliefs to me in that I fight for the consumer and want you guys not to pay the banks whereas he believes that you should pay your debt off."
If say you were referring to bank charges that are found to be unlawful then I trust you will go through the proper channel to obtain your money bank and simply not pay-up. Two wrongs dont make a right and up until now the banks are making money legally, whereas deciding to take out a debt and not pay it not legal.
What I support is the unenforceability issues, in that if the banks issue a non legal document they deserve what they get.
Same respect, the banks have not been acting legally to date at all, they have been ripping us off for years. I am anti banks, I guess you could say but that does not mean I condone fraud, theft or cheating.
If I issued the bank an illegal document they would be quick enough to get out of paying me so all I support is a ditto exchange in a positive outcome for the consumer.
If people cheat their way to getting debt free then they do deserve whatever punishment they get when the banks prosecute them, but remember it would be civil and banks know its cheaper to just forget it - unless they want to set an example....?
Hope this makes sense for you...2010 - year of the troll
