How long have you been with RBS Fairmon?

It may be the best bet because they may pre-approve you for a loan. London got pre-approved with Natwest (RBS Group) they didn't even do a credit search.

Your monthly repayments may work out lower for you.

I applied for Capital One in November & was declined. I am wondering if it is worth applying to them first as they will likely check my equifax however last time they searched both!!!! I am just trying to utalize my searches to the best possible way
