House clearance stuff tends to go to local auctioneers, and somewhere on this board someone posted a google link which showed lists of them by region. I can't find the link, but a basic Google search for auctioneers by region may help.

I was reading my little cousin was reading his lego magazine to me the other week and we came across two free entry vouchers to legoland windsor..which is nowhere near here so I asked him if I could have them when he was done with the magasine. He gave them me and they sold on ebay for £10.50 ..I gave the money to him.
