I have just come back from a really small branch in Ringwood where they were justing putting out some "end of lines" on their clearance shelves and I was able to get:
Palmolive Thermal Spa Steam Shower gel 300ml 47p
Boots Camomile & Lemon balm creme bath 500ml 37p
Boots Essential energising bath spa 1L 25p
Boots Sea Kelp & Water Mint formaing bath essence 500 ml 19p
Boots essential kids pear hypoallergenci bubble bath 500ml 25p
Palmolive pure cashmere bath creme 500ml 25p
There was loads left as I only got one of each as I am running out of space!
There were lot's of other stuff as well like Boots mens body sprays 47p; Gillette shaving foam 47p and vitamins as well (too many to note).
Might be worth checking your local stores as well.
What time do they close please? :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

What might be of interest to people here is all the memory cards I found on clearance today. Only in one store but worth keeping an eye on. I got a 2gb xd card for 8 quid but they also had smaller ones, SD cards and the memory 'pen' type things you plug into a usb, all at rock bottom prices. Go get em!!:D
Was in Aldi earlier, 2 x 2g SD cards for £8, but I really needed a USB stick, only one in Boots was £20 for 2gb... went Wilkos, got same size for £6 XD
Jealous you guys are all getting haircare bargains, I use tons of stuff on my hair and no joy o.o Ah well, win some, lose some.~*Cerenia*~

Mel, oh gosh no! You keep it for your nephew. Very generous of you though for that kind offer. I only said what I did in that posting as I know some other Bootsers get really upset when they can't find stuff that is on offer or on a glitch! I used to get stressed out when something I wanted was not there, but life is too short. I really don't want to be getting all excited cos something I wanted has been cleaned out by another.
SANDRA: Gosh, that does seem like hard work. Think I will give it a miss, but then again I might just give it a shot one day next week. Thanks for letting us all know about it.

I did a fairly quick Boots shop today. I wasn't going to go but I couldn't stop myself
.
I found some P&P Anti-Ageing Pre-Holiday Serum on the reduced shelf down to £3.xx. There was quite a bit of the P&P holiday range and I got the lip and eye Screen too for £2.xx . I thought I'd get the 2 with the £5 off ACM voucher but it wouldn't work on the SS till so SA took me to a proper till and said that I could have the more exensive item free rather than £5 off. I found a Gillette Putting set and there were 3 others left. I bought a deodorant for £2.xx to get it. The SA didn't query this. I bought some TS spray which wasn't reduced to use my wrinklie and also some Time Delay cream. The total after deductions was £8.xx so got another wrinklie. Was kicking myself a bit though as I am meant to be cutting back.
This time around I bought more of the P&P AA Serum, Olay total effects cleanser and JF Frizz-ease hair spray. After the wrinklie and the £5 ACM voucher totalling £12 off it cost me £1.30. That's more like it :beer:0 -

True story lol, but before I found these threads, and used to go shopping with dd (and refuse all vouchers etc) I thought the ACM was something that took your photo - but without the curtains!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Has anyone tried the Revitalising Hand Saviour from the No7 Body Beautiful range? Is it any good (and does it smell like the body wash and bath soak - I love the smell of those)? As it's getting colder, my hands are quite dull and dry so I'm looking for something to perk them up a bit.
Alternatively, does anyone have any other suggestions for a good, reasonably inexpensive hand cream/treatment?0 -
Well I thought I wouldn't have time to go bootsing today, at 9.00 this morning I was at Boundary Mill stores at Walsall with SIL to be looking for his wedding suit - he doesn't usually like shopping but was thrilled with the store and when we had found all his outfit including shoes he wandered off on his own and left me for a bit. Picked up some real bargains in the clothes line, but also Radley Springtime large tote for £157 down from £250. I know it was a bit indulgent but I couldn't resist! To all the other ladies in the Radley department who were egging me on - you were right - I would have regretted it had I left it there. They only had 2 large totes and the medium grab (think that was £119) - but Poppies from a couple of seasons ago was £68!
Sorry got off track - back to bootsing. Arrived home after 2.00 so decided against going to Derby, but called into Burton on my way to Mr Ts - and did surprisingly well. First of all loads of vouchers came up on the ACM - for the past three weeks I've only had a measly 1 or 2 - and I've checked at different stores,
Anyway: 17 silver clutches £1 each, 17 Vintage Collection GWP boxes £1 each, Olay Regenerist 50 ml replenishing cream set down from £21.xx to £10.xx so £5.xx with wrinklie, Patently obvious handwash 96p and a Babyliss hand held steam sauna down from 19.99 to 4.99. Stocked up with S&G at 342.
Loads of no 7 sun cream now reduced down to £2.xx and completely quenched moisture lotion down to £2.25 - so calculated £18 worth to get GWP. Noticed Benefit Bad Gal mascara at tills reduced to £3.xx but didn't bother as they were all waterproof as far as I could see.
Then the fun started. Sorted my vouchers, £5 wrinklie, total spend, 250 point from previous GWP, £2 S&G, and activate health club voucher. New SA - her first day on the till - started by scanning the Babyliss sauna and then all the clearance No 7, then GWP which wouldn't go through - she did a sub total and said I'd only spent £14 (and that included the Babyliss sauna) - told her I'd added it up in my head and was sure it came to just over £18 - so she deducted the Babyliss Sauna at £19.99 - so then they owed me money and I'd got a bagfull of stuff! She kept apologising - told me she was new and was looking anxiously at her colleagues for a bit of guidance and assistance - no such luck. Anyway she voided the whole sale and started again, No 7 totalled £18.24 and GWP went through OK - got a bit flustered with all the vouchers and then almost shouted out that I'd got £112 to spend! Paid with my debit card and when she tried to give me the receipt it was all ravelled up in the till and hadn't printed out. I waited while she changed the till roll and pressed a button and said sorry - can't give you a receipt it's not worked.
Anyway - to cut a long story short the security man rang the manager who said refund the amount on to my card and start all over again  or get security man to sign the "blank" receipt in case of any problems and manager has made a note of the incident. I chose the latter option as I'd been at the till nearly 15 minutes as it was. Decided to leave the purchase and ensuing negotiations re number of acceptable vouchers and GWPs of 200 ml P&P serum until next week!0 -
I haven't seen any of the putting sets, Naked Men, or whatever they're called, or tuppeny ha'penny things that originally cost £35, but I've had loads of good deals, like today, and am more than satisfied with what I do get.
Sorry to snip but fell of couch and spilt coffee at the naked men comment! :rotfl:
SandraScarlett you make me laugh so much, thank you. Also if you do happen across any of these naked men then could you please let us all know! 3 for 2 would be great too (or maybe not!)
Travelled to East Kilbride today retail park. Nothing much of note, reduced No7 sun cream on clearance £1.15.
