She is six and loves a good walk. Unfortunately she does not walk fast enough for me so I would love to get her on her bike to speed things up. However, she will not ride it without the blinkin stabilisers!! Problems, problems...........:rolleyes:0 -

OOPS a bit late posting my final January loss of 4.25lbs only to find the thread closed, how keen are we. I know it wasn't the 7lbs but after the disasterous gain of 3lbs last week I'm happy with it.:p
I'm in again for February Dragon only 7 stone to go

Hello all!!!
I measured myself tonight, no change in the inches!! I will post my starting stats for Feb and see how I get on:
Bust - 34.5 inches
Arms - 10.5 inches
Waist - 29.25 inches
Hips - 40 inches
Thighs - 23 inches
I haven't exercised today at all and have had the munchies (hangover), so feeling a bit down. How do I get my motivation back???I really want to lose weight and not be angry at myself come summer for wasting so much time.
Right, I'm off to do 40 lunges so at least I'll have done something today.
LazyDaisy - from the other thread, yes, those are the scales. I am tempted by the digital ones for the reasons you mention (especially the accuracy), but have heard terrible things about them e.g. short battery life, frequent breakdowns etc. So I will have to make up my mind! MSE has me so frugal that I can hardly bear to spend £16 on a set of scales!!! :rotfl:
p.s. really well done to those who lost weight (Dragon, I told you it was the carrots!).
Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Morning all!
I've weighed in at 13.5, I've lost a bit already too--2.5 lbs in the last week, so I hope I can keep it up!
Just been for a 2 mile walk over the fields, and eaten grilled bacon and eggs, so halfway to my day's exercise target.
I hope everyone is OK.0
