OK, stuff to report!
I have been better today. I went for a long walk, around 10,500 steps in total so very pleased with that. I also bought the digital scales (at last) and weighed in. It was a bit surprising!
Weight - 61.5kg (135.3lbs or about 9st9lbs)
Body fat 25%(the Kellogg's pedometer told me it was 28%ish, who am I to believe??)
Body muscle 52.8% (apparently that's crap)
Body water 51.6% (this I am really shocked about)
I checked it 3 times to make sure. my weight is roughly as expected but my body fat is lower than I thought! I might have it checked by the doctor to make sure, but if so, it's good news! Although I still want to reduce it to 22%.
Edit: I haven't eaten too well today, since breakfast I've had several chocolate sweets and about half a dozen oatcakes. I'm not in a cooking mood today! Back on track tomorrow. I'm just pleased that I got a good walk in today, it makes me feel better.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I just had the finest tea that I thought I'd share with you all, and it's low fat too! :cheesy:
I chopped an onion, some courgette and garlic and put it in a casserole dish with some passata (or a tin of tomatoes) and then put in a chicken breast and baked it for about 45mins. Had it with a baked tattie, perfect on a cold, snowy night.
Hope everyone had a good first day!Save £4000 for tuition fees by Sept '09:rolleyes:Lose 2 stones by May:eek: -21lbs Get married for less than £5000 in May:smileyhea

LazyDaisy - good point. I still can't decide between them but am leaning towards the digital ones as they also show body fat etc, and you can see to the nearest gramme how much you've gained or lost!! :rotfl: I need all the enocuragement I can get at the minute. Also, the mechanical ones are currently out of stock in all Belfast stores.
Right, I'm going for a walk this minute, have managed not to eat any more since my fatty toast breakfast and determined to do better for the rest of the day! I might even go and buy the digital scales. :beer:0 -

i've been a bit stressed out this week and think i'm probably going to have gained weight again when i weigh myself tomorrow, but i still hope to lost half a stone this month
i won't be counting tomorrow's weigh in as part of feb's weight loss anyway, since it's technically still a january week as far as my diet it concerned. so my first February weigh in will be next week
i've decided to go back to counting weight watchers points for a few weeks until my stress levels reduce and i can get a grip on my emotional eating. i'm still following paul mckenna's rules, but i'm finding it hard to stop when i'm full, so at least if i count points i'll know i'm not over eating.
i've ordered fitness coach for the wii, but it's out of stock at the moment, so i don't know when it will arrive - hopefully soon!!0
