Hi all - I would like to join. Have just finished Jan challenge - only managed 5lb but am pleased and still feel enthusiastic. Am determined to loose weight, but am happy to do it at a slow but sure pace. Am convinced when I do 'quickie' diets it goes back on and more so. I know its exercise I need most but I always use the excuse I haven't got time. Good luck to all!0

Lost -1/2lb for the last week of the January challenge so -9 1/2lbs in total. Aim for February now -4 1/2lbs.0

Well done to those who lost weight, wooooooooooooo!
And welcome to the newbies.
I am so determined to eat properly today. I weighed myself again last night and my body fat came out at 29% instead of 25%, !!!!!!! It was on carpet mind, so that might have made a difference. I'm going to do it again tonight on the wooden floor and see what it says.

Hi Folks, I weighed in today for last day of Jan challenge and start of Feb.
I lost 4lb last month - which isn't great, but at least it has been in the right direction, and I've had a difficult month with eating out a lot, so I'm pleased to have got under 12 stone and stayed there.
I am supposed to be flying to Turkey tomorrow. We are forecast more snow overnight, so not even sure if the planes will be taking off!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Hope your flight is ok LazyDaisy!!!
To those who are disappointed about losing less than half a stone - don't think that way! You still lost weight, sometimes under trying circumstances. Be proud!!!
