Half a stone or Fight the Flab in Feb challenge!
Comments
-
Wooohoooo! Just had my Monday weigh-in and have lost 1.5lbs this month! Okay I know it doesn't sound much, but I came back from hols on Tuesday 2lb up, so that makes a total of 3.5lb lost this week, so I'm well chuffed.
And a slightly aspergers friend came to visit me last night and commented that I'm looking very trim..... trust me, if I looked 'lumpy' or 'flabby' he'd say so - and has in the past! So that is a testament to the half stone challenges.
Well done to everyone - even if you didn't hit your target, the chances are you'd be heavier now if you weren't on the challenge, so give yourself a hug!

Hi peeps:hello:
Hope you're all keeping well:D I haven't had the chance to log on much recently but i'm so happy to report that my total weight loss for Feb is.......................................... 8.5 lbs :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j
I lost 1lb last week, and 2 lb this week, taking me down to 11 stone 12.5 lbs and i'm over the moon. I've been following WW and have been very good, not taken a night off or anything which is so unlike me:eek: But, tbh i think i'm going to allow myself a night off this week but i'm not going to feel guilty cos i reckon i have earned it.
I'm feeling so much more positive and even though i still have quite a bit more to lose i am refusing to get disheartened and aim to just keep plodding on. My clothes are definitely feeling much looser and that keeps me going more than what the scales say tbh. Thanks so much to everyone who posts on these threads, and hopefully i'll see you all over on the march challenge:D
