SDH - 4 lbs is fantastic - how much do you want to lose? Well done and keep it up!

Well my aim was 12 stone by the time I have to squeeze into a slinky bridesmaids dress on 14th March .... and thats still my target :D

After that who knows .....? Although i'm thinking it would be nice to be back at the 11 stone that I weighted when i finished Uni (some 7yrs ago, eeek!)
(hmmmm I weighed about 10stone when i started Uni, but I was a lanky 'orrible teenager then :rotfl: )

Just wanted to say well done to all for any weight loss small or big and hopefully meet up with you on the March thread :j

ETS: I'm signing off now as its the hen do tomorrow night and I have a few bits to organise still. Like the paracetemol to purchase, LOL

Well tomorrow is the last day of feb. Good luck to everyone, I'm looking forward to seeing all your results! I have started the March Challenge thread, so do go over and sign up for it. I am going to use my Monday weigh-in as weight for last day of feb challenge and first day of March. Thats what I did for Feb, too, so it isn't cheating! (I don't think I've lost any weight this month, but I'll be pleased if I've maintained my feb start weight)

Note to board guide - please could you let this thread run in tandem with the March thread until Tuesday, as it takes people a few days to post their final weight for the month. Thanks!

    Hello all,

I'm struggling along on celebrity slim, had some real sugar cravings the last few days but there's nothing you can have low carb that will curb them as it's carbs my body wants!

Got a real bad headache today as i've not eaten or drunk enough at all. I've had a chocolate celebrity slim milkshake and a cup of tea all day. I'm trying to down water now to make up for it before I do Davina. I've got her latest DVD and that's it. I get a bit sick of watching her silly facial expressions - you'll know what I mean if you've got it!

Looking forward to my weigh in day tomorrow, I was 12 stone at the beginning of the month so I need to be 11 stone 7 tomorrow to have made my half a stone mark. I was 11 stone 8.5 last week so there's hope but god knows what CS has done to my poor body!

Oooh and I've got a party tonight but i'm being super good and driving so I won't be tempted to drink anything but if there's food I might pick at the no carb stuff!

  • Happy Friday everyone :D

I think my scales are broke - at least that's what I'm telling myself :rotfl:

I sneaked a quick go on the scales and really wish I hadn't! I'm back to 11 stone 5, which means only a 2 lbs loss for this month...BUT at least its a loss and not a gain. I've lost half an inch from my thighs and middle and feel a whole load lighter. Anddd.....my brother who I haven't seen since christmas dropped round last night and asked me how come I wasn't chubby any more which is a compliment (I think :o)

Next month will be different I hope. I'm going to shop in advance and do at least 30 mins of exercise each day. I haven't given up for this month though, OH is out tonight so I can do my Davina DVD in peace ahead of final weigh-in :D

Well done to those that have been busy losing.

What is Celebrity Slim like and where can I get some?

Did a fair bit of walking today - had to post a late birthday card so walked to post box and then got a bus to town from a different stop, more walking at other end to different bus stop, hopped on another bus followed by another 10 minute walk but I did walk all the way back into town. Had a buffet lunch: 2 quarter sandwiches, a cheese bread stick and a hot sausage roll and I drank water.

Breakfast this morning was leftover Angel Delight made with semi skimmed milk

Have no idea what I am having for dinner tonight either.

    Have a good weekend all.
  • Tara - have we missed you hun?? Have a smashing time in edinburgh, and whatever you do DON'T GET ON ANY SCALES while you're there! Just have fun with your OH!

I'm gonna weigh myself on Sunday morning as its 1st march and then stick with that as a regular weigh in. Although i ain't gotta clue what it's gonna be!

Feeling demotivated again as i look normal and don't feel i've lost anything, despite doing a kind of Atkins and eating hardly any carbs! No bread or pasta or rice - just lots of eggs and chicken! still don't know which to eat first... the chicken or the egg.....:rotfl:

Will deffo be joining in March challenge. Have also signed up to a local scheme in Brum calles Size Down where you can go to 6 free weight management sessions which teach you about eating and cooking healthily, e.g. fat content and sugar content in foods etc. Starts on Wednesday so will see how i go with that.

Gonna give my low carb eating another go next week and chuck in lots of excercise - and see if i can't shift some of this flab.

Lets all have a good weekend guys xx
