  • I'll be weighing in on Sunday evening as usual so will post final loss on here and starting point on the March one.

I'm not sure I have lost much this week but I a starting to feel much more confident as several people have told me this week that I look like I have lost weight! :j

I think my exercise is toning me rather than fat burning if that makes sense as my clothes are fitting better but my weight is stuck.

Well done to everyone who has weighed in and lost and fingrs crossed for the rest of us for a healthy weekend. ;)

    Well, hi losers! :p
I hope is everyone is well and staying motivated? My weigh day was Wednesday and I just weighed this morning and thank goodness am the same as I was on Wed so am logging that weight as my month end weight. That means that I have lost 5 lbs in Feb and as I only started on the 9th, I not going to stress out too much about the other 2lbs.
Hope to see you all over on the March thread - I'm heading over there now to join up. :D

  • Rotheramlass - i'm the same as you! weight is stuck at 13.5/6, wii fit says i have lost 1lb and BME gone down a bit.... and tbh can't even feelthat much of a difference in clothes as most of my stuff is quite loose fitting anyway
BUT my back rolls are definnately reducing and i feel like my belly jiggles a lot less! Been doing Atkins this week - no carbs other than some yogurt i wanted to eat.
Excercise wise this week has been Wii fit twice at 40odd minutes, some stepping, a about 15 minutes on elliptical trainer, and 15 mins on my sis-in-laws treadmill a lot more than i would have done a month ago.... so why am i still fat??????
My sis is doing no excercise has been doing atkins and has lost over 6lbs in the past 10 days?????

    Woooo hoooooooo

Jumped on the scales this morning and i'm 11 stone 7 so i've done it :j

Half way through the month I never thought I'd lose half a stone but the dreaded celebrity slim has done its job and lost me the 1.5lbs I needed to finish off the month

Bring on the March challenge! :D

Good luck with your final weigh ins everyone x

Well, I am still 2lb up on the month (!!) but I don't have my final weigh-in until Monday, so I am on a determined push.... if I can get back to my feb start weight I'll be well pleased!

Plzhelpmesave - it sounds as though you are building some muscle up - this means you will look more toned over all - so you are probably losing the fat, gaining muscle, your sis is just losing fat - over all you will probably look the better for it AND as you both get slimmer you will start to lose weight faster than she does as your metabolism will be more in tune with what you are doing!

Well, I really took my eye off the ball this month. 1lb lost in February, after such a great start on the January challenge, I'm disgusted with myslelf. I'm in for March, I'm determined to make the half stone again.
