Evening! I've not been to well behaved today, everything was going fine until dinner when i discovered a chocolate melt in the middle desert..at which point my self control disappeared! Normally i would feel guilty about this, but i'm refusing to as by accepting the fact that i ate it, i enjoyed it and am now sipping a large glass of water and ignoring o/h who is sat munching a box of chocolates! I intend to go for a walk with ds tomorrow, power walk around the park, no doubt i'll collapse in a heap on my return as he's getting heavy in the baby carrier!!August: £149/£150
Sept: £200

i've been a bit stressed out this week and think i'm probably going to have gained weight again when i weigh myself tomorrow, but i still hope to lost half a stone this month
i won't be counting tomorrow's weigh in as part of feb's weight loss anyway, since it's technically still a january week as far as my diet it concerned. so my first February weigh in will be next week
i've decided to go back to counting weight watchers points for a few weeks until my stress levels reduce and i can get a grip on my emotional eating. i'm still following paul mckenna's rules, but i'm finding it hard to stop when i'm full, so at least if i count points i'll know i'm not over eating.
i've ordered fitness coach for the wii, but it's out of stock at the moment, so i don't know when it will arrive - hopefully soon!!
becca I cancelled an order from The Hut earlier as I picked one up while I was in Tesco so you may be able to get one there. Or possibly try Asda online as that site appears to be a clone (well they look exactly the same) as the hut one.The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -
OK, stuff to report!
I have been better today. I went for a long walk, around 10,500 steps in total so very pleased with that. I also bought the digital scales (at last) and weighed in. It was a bit surprising!
Weight - 61.5kg (135.3lbs or about 9st9lbs)
Body fat 25%(the Kellogg's pedometer told me it was 28%ish, who am I to believe??)
Body muscle 52.8% (apparently that's crap)
Body water 51.6% (this I am really shocked about)
I checked it 3 times to make sure. my weight is roughly as expected but my body fat is lower than I thought! I might have it checked by the doctor to make sure, but if so, it's good news! Although I still want to reduce it to 22%.
Edit: I haven't eaten too well today, since breakfast I've had several chocolate sweets and about half a dozen oatcakes. I'm not in a cooking mood today! Back on track tomorrow. I'm just pleased that I got a good walk in today, it makes me feel better.
I wish my body fat was 25% :rotfl:. Do you mind me asking how tall you are Tara? The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -
