GET YOUR LAZY BUTT OFF TO THE GYM TARA :D;):p

I did! And I feel soooo much better for it. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill at 8.2km/h, 3 minutes at 9.3 km/h and 1 minute at 10km/h. I burned 225 calories and I feel happier and less stressed than before lunch!! If that's not an incentive to exercise I don't know what is! :j

Breakfast was 3 oatcakes, a satsuma and a probiotic yogurt. Lunch is a wholemeal roll with salad and couscous, I am making up for the weekend... :D

Tara, do you mind me asking how tall you are? It is just that if you are 9st 9lb, 1.5 stone seems like an awful lot to lose - that would put you at only 8 stone.

Tell me to mind my own business, I won't be offended :o

    ((((hugs))))

I forgot to say in my earlier post, any of you that like chocolate, try the skinny cow triple choc lollies. They are only 87 calories and delicious. I have one everyday as my treat. Plus they are half price at Asda at the moment. Enjoy!!!

    Hey guys,

I'm in for the challenge. January was a bad month for me as i lost all motivation and put back on most of the weight i'd managed to lose in the run up to xmas:(

I won't be weighing myself until tomorrow so i'll post my weight then:eek: I got the my fitness coach game today as well so thats going on tomorrow right after weigh in and hopefully that will help kick start my exercise routine.

    Good luck peeps x

How did you go on with the fitness coach game?

    Hi Guys
Can I join please? I have 4 1/2 stone to loose in 2009!
I am off to a good start as I have lost 1 stone 2lbs so far this year so 3 stone 5lbs to go! Most of this weight came off in the first 2 weeks and since then it is going very slowly but I am sticking with it regardless and trying not to back to my usual crash diet then put back on more than I lost cycle!
I am reading Jason Vale - Slim for life and trying to stick to this as much as possible. My sticking points are alcohol, chocolate & coffee so I am trying to avoid these.
    Thanks for your support!

    Hiya jessica:hello:

I didn't use it this morning hun, as i went on the wii fit instead. I did the step, the boxing, hula hoop and 2 yoga poses. 35 mins in total and i felt every minute of it:rotfl:

I got on the scales and was gutted to see my weight at 12st 7lb:eek: I wasn't surprised tbh but still deflating all the same:(

But anyways diet went well today. I had homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup for lunch with a slice of brown bread. And for dinner i had pasta with bacon and lots of veg. I had a little homemade pesto with that as well, but i've been well under my points allowance for the day:D

The only snack i had today was a cappaucino, and i'm happy to say so far no sugar cravings.

So all in all a positive first day for me, hope i can keep it up:o x

hmm I might do the step for half an hour before bed - good idea :D. My legs cant ache much more anyway :rotfl:

I knew I had to lose some weight but I never knew just how unfit I was until the scary fitness coach woman made me walk from side to side and flap my arms about a bit and I was out of breath :o:o

Well, 8st2lbs! :D I'm 5'3" so that would be towards the lower end of the healthy weight range for my height (at the moment I am near the top end). My BMI is almost 25 so I am almost in the overweight range, and my body fat is too high.

I know my target sounds very low, but I am at my healthiest at just over 8 stone. And (the worst bit) I look terrible and can't fit into my normal clothes. :o I actually have some 'fat' clothes that I bought but refuse to buy any more!!! I'm going to lose the weight instead and then I can fit into all my nice stuff.

Thanks for the concern BTW. ;)
