I was a bit half hearted about Jan...kept having to eat up the Christmas sweets left in the cupboard, but I'm heavier than I've ever been right now and it's got to go. I'm doing WW (without the meetings...can't afford 'em). I did it a while ago and lost 3 stone, but whapped it all back on. Time to start again!
Good to see you fatcattaff - I think January is a bad month for a lot of people - but hopefully in February there will be a whole lot less of us (Valentine's Day not withstanding )Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

January was TERRIBLE for me, I lost a few lbs in December, and put it all on over Christmas/early Jan. I'm now back to my top-ever weight, again!
I'd love to do the couch to 5k too, but my joints wouldn't hold out until I lose a bit of weight, luckily walking seems to be OK, so I'm doing as much of that as I can, aiming for 4 miles a day.0 -
Just to let you know Pauls McKennas programme I Can Make You Thin is being shown on Living2 on Monday night, not sure when the other episodes are on, I guess the following Monday. I watched it when it was on beg of Jan and found it really useful and helpful.0

Oh its not that exciting - its black (as the bride is in black corset and huge deep red to-the-floor skirt) and about knee length.
Its got straps which i quite relieved about cos the other hundred (ish) dresses that I got made to try on were all strapless and did nothing for my boobs!
(p.s. I know its all about the bride, don't worry, I have organised her a wicked hen do)

Thats the one I'm doing.... bought his book and cd as a Christmas pressie to myself, then his shows came on tv.
Th cd is really good. I popped it on my ipod and listen to it most nights before I sleep!
His tapping and revoltion techniques are really good too and seem to work!
Well, 4 pound in 2 weeks isn't bad so I'm gonna keep at it and see how it goes! I love the fact I can eat cheese on toast and still lose weight!!!♥.0 -
Ok, I'm going to bite the bullet (rather than the cream bun  ) and join up to this if I may? I have about 4 stone to lose and am so stressed out about this enormous number. I think that if I chop it up into 1/2 chunks, it may be easier.
Thanks!0 -
Leothecat - step away from the cream bun, step away from the cream bun :rotfl:
