    Ah, but if you weren't on the challenge, you might well have put weight on, so really you have lost weight if you've stayed the same...........

    (well, I know what I mean :rolleyes:)

    im in for febuary definately!!!!!!!!!! i plan on eating all the cr*p in my fridge freezer or binning it by 1st feb so i can start a fresh i want to lose about a stone and a half ish for summer [ may time!] so half a stone a month allows some bad days which will deffo happen! :( i did a healthy eating month/ doing excersise last may and it worked wonders even though i did it during exam time [stupid
    idea ha!]
    roll on feb 1st :) i dont know my weight at the mo [ im actually dreading it!!!] but will find out in the next few days!

  • I'm really not sure where to start with the healthy eating, is there anywhere that you can go to get idea's for meals? I've brought a ton of fruit but am stuck with actual meals x

  • Hi Charlie,
    There are lots of websites out there with low calorie/low fat meal ideas.
    The weight watchers website has some recipes that you can view without being a member. Also the slimfast website has good recipes for evening meals that are no more than 600cals.
    Supermarket websites have good ideas for low calorie and also inexpensive meals. Tescos website is my fave but sainburys is also good.
    If you go to your local library there will probably be a good cookery section that i'm sure will have low fat cook books.

    Hello everyone!

    I'd like to join too please!

    Got about 4 stone to lose overall but would love to lose a stone before my holiday at Easter then my big fat bum will fit on the rides at PortAventura!!

    I lost 4 pounds last week and its really spurred me on to lose more and being part of this will help even more!!

    Welcome snoopysox! I have 10 stone to lose so I reckon you will be there well before me! How long are you going to to Porta Ventura for?
