Yup - you defo should Tara!! Mostly, cause I used to go to LBT quite a lot and loved it - went to one in my gym the other week for the first time however, and it was nothing like any others I'd ever been to - so from a very selfish point of view I'd be interested to see what you thought!
Although it's a fiver, it's a really good workout generally - so I defo think it's value for money!
Rotherhamlass - at least you didn't gain! Which puts you in a much better position this week, at least you won't just be trying to shift the weight you put on last week!!

Marmalade, could you not just have a wee bit of the Lasagne on the side, but the potato as your main thing? Stop you feeling as though you're missing out?
Also - when you went to LBT - was it half cardio, half stretches/lunges etc, or was it all just conditioning exercises?

evening all,
today was my firsty day on celebrity slim and I am not enjoying it at all! I had one of the breakfast bars for breakfast and its horrible - really stodgy texture and tastes how I would imagine condensed poo would taste!
Then I had a soup for lunch and it was so powdery, roast chicken flavour supposedly but it was so sweet I couldn't finish it.
So i've mainly survived on water and tea today, had steak with mushrooms and veg for tea and am about to do Davina with OH who is impressed i'm forcing him to do it too lol
Hopefully celebrity slim will get easier as the days go on, once my body's used to not having carbs it should stop my cravingsBest Wins * wag for a day = £1500 selfridges vouchers * 4 VIP V Festival tickets * Flights to New York * £1000 *
Thank You to everyone who posts comps!

Wow Gemsy - sounds as though the CS stuff works by you spending a load of money, not having money for other food and not actually eating ANYTHING! :eek:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

gemsy, sorry to hear the CS stuff tastes bad! How much supply have you bought?
aytch, this thread is real all right, I love it! I never used to subscribe to the notion of support groups etc but I am a total convert now!Going it alone is way harder!
So... I went to the class at 7pm, it was really good! There was no cardio, but since I'd been running at lunchtime I didn't mind. It was fun, there were about 20 people and the instructor was nice, really positive. I am feeling it in my muscles now, oooh!
I came home and had two slices of buttered toast instead of the healthy dinner I'd planned, bit mad at myself but at least I've had a great day exercise-wise. So can't complain. I seem to do well at food or exercise, never both! If I can synchronise the two I'll be fine. :rotfl:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
