Rotherham Lass - thats a great tip! I had no idea that such a simple change could burn so much more fat! :T
plzhelpmesave - how did you get on today? Got my fingers crossed for you.
Tara - hope your leg is getting better, go easy on it, don't want to make it worse and not be able to walk at all!
I lost 2lb this week so only 2lb to go for this months challengeHopefully I can manage that.

littleemmie and sarah.roberts, thanks for your kind wishes. I am definitely going to lay off the running for the time being, but going to the gym at lunchtime to do some fast walking on a steep incline! :T

oooohh guys - feel like screaming!!!
I look thinner - 3 people have told me so in the past week and hubby has even "complimented" me saying my tummy is a lot less droopy - lol.
I'm wearing a top that i last wore about 3 weeks ago and although still a bit tight on the boobs - its soooo much baggier at the waist (just under boobs) and tummy. My back fat rolls feel and look noticeably less.
BUT the scales are saying i've only lost 1lb so i then measured myself and the measurements are the same as last week ...soooo what's going on? ?
Obviously i'm happy to be losing weight and not gaining it and i know 1-2lbs is the sensible way to go BUT... how can i look thinner and not have lost inches or much weight? Somebody tell me please before i go mad!!!
and while we're at it... someone tell me why it's so much easier to put on a darn pound than to lose it!! i managed to put on about 2 stone without really noticing so how come i'm noticing this little itty bitty pound? huh?
Sarah - how did you get on hun?? Sorry to have let you down - IOU 1lb!!0 -
plzhelpmesave, firstly I want to say :T :T :T :T well done! You are obviously looking great and the scales are going in the right direction so don't worry!!! Maybe you're losing inches in places you're not measuring...
I weighed 62kg this morning with 22.4% body fat. My body fat % is all over the place with those darn scales, I am not impressed!! I might return them and get new ones.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I'm not, but i've decided i'm starting celebrity slim tomorrow. I ordered 2 weeks supply last night and tonight i'm walking to the supermarket to get lots of the snacks they recommend.
I might hit my target as weight loss is usually pretty high in the first couple of weeks for celebrity slim. I'm only doing it for 2-4 weeks maximum to boost my weight loss then i'm going back to my healthy eating diet but i've lost the motivation currently and need something stronger. Also a break from cooking will be niceBest Wins * wag for a day = £1500 selfridges vouchers * 4 VIP V Festival tickets * Flights to New York * £1000 *
Thank You to everyone who posts comps!

plzhelpmesave - well done on the 1lb loss! Maybe with all the exercise you are doing it is pulling you in and toning you up so everyone is noticing that! I never just go by what the scales say ... I measure myself and I always go on what my clothes feel like. If they are getting looser then you must be losing weight!
(I lost 2lbs btw)

Well done sarah!!!!
gemsy, good luck with the CS and let us know how you get on. :A
I went to the gym and did the steep-hill walking as Rotherham Lass recommended. I set it to 15% incline and 5.4km/h. I managed to burn 300 cals in 24 minutes, couldn't stay on any longer as I was getting a headache! I actually found it harder than running and I didn't get the endorphin 'high' (or maybe I hadn't stayed on long enough  ). Anyway, I was pleased with myself. Thanks again for the good advice!! :T
I've eaten a bit too much today... need to sort that out big time. I just need to think of myself as someone who doesn't eat big portions! How do you all cope with hunger pangs?Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
