  • Good luck in the morning Leo - it's my official weigh in then too. Although I was weighing 2lbs lighter by Friday, I'm fairly confident there's no way I'll have held onto that by the morning!!

    As long as I haven't gained I'll be a happy bunny! :D

Tara do you weigh yourself at the same time each day? I was told that your true weight is first thing in the morning. My weight can go up, sometimes 4lbs during the day but is back to normal again in the morning.
My Davina Dvd came this morning, I shall be trying it out tommorow :D

Yes, I weigh in the morning as that gives the most flattering reading!! I think it's important to weigh at the same time of day. Morning works for me anyway!

Hello to everyone, I have missed so many posts after being away for a day and a half! I love our wee community. You are all doing really well with exercising, losing weight despite the temptations of course-food, Valentine's, colds, TOTM and everything else!! :T

Needless to say last night was a calorie-fest, OH brought me out to dinner and it was lovely. I had a hangover today and ate lots of sugary and salty stuff to ease it, so the weekend has been a write-off! I daren't even get on the scales! Back to the grindstone tomorrow good and proper...

Goodnight all and here's to a great new week!!!

  • Right enough it was bad, I have gained 2.5lbs since the beginning of the month. Only consolation is if I have found 2.5lbs then one of you may have lost it. ;)

    Wow well done Leo,
I'm on my second week of this diet malarky. Went out for the day yesterday & did loads of walking but ended up at a restaurant and asked for the creamy sauce for my chicken to be served separately (Rosemay would have been proud because I didn't touch it!) but couldn't resist the chips:eek:

Its weigh day for me on Wednesday so I need to exercise madly before then.

Good luck to everyone this week

Lost 1lb,but also, I've lost 1 inch off boobs, waist and hips.
Planning on joining the local gym this week, it's a pay as you go one which suits me better financially.
£25 annual membership and £2.50 per session or £6 per week and unlimited visits or no membership fee and £3.50 per session or £8 per week. Still works out cheaper per month than my dd's membership at Fitness First.
Think I'm going to be struggling to make the half stone this month after a great start in January, but as the supermarket ad says--every little helps!!
    Good luck everyone.

    Good luck everyone.
