Well, I eventually weighed myself this morning and I now weigh 12st 4lbs:j
Have been a bit naughty lately:
Ate some jelly sweets on Friday
Saturday had a cone of chips and a cheese n onion fry from the chippy (didnt eat all the chips either).
Yesterday had dry hot cross bun (stale) and roast chicken with spuds and peas for dinner. Yesterday OH gave me some chocolate turron and I have eaten some of it already.
Will be doing some walking this afternoon - I have to go to the eye hospital to pick up my much needed new specs:j0 -

Keep going anyone who has put on or not lost anything! At least when you trying to lose it you know what you're eating and therefore know what the blips are. Then you can really blast those blips next week.... we've still got almost 2 weeks to go to our deadline....:o
I spent Valnetines day helping my florist sister - and both she and my nepew told me i looked "really thin" and more like the old me - as in before i had the kids 6 years ago! Was a great confidence boost and motivated me to keep going. although i think she may have talked me into doing a mini Atkins.She's lost inches off her waist and tummy in 5 days just by doing atkins - not manically, just cutting out carbs and i could see the visible difference on her. So i might give it a go this week - just to get into my dress for Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday! Have had scrambled eggs for brekkie, may do some chicken for lunch and againfor dinner ....
Did about 10 mins onmini stepper while watching Biggest Loser on Sky1 this morning and will do my Wii fit time later. Kids are home on half term this week, so will be harder than normal as they're constantly asking for something! Will do my best to get them out and about this week to the parks and walking lots!

Hi all - well done to all that have lost and those that havent - i know how disheartening it is! But don't give up!
Have lost 2lbs this week, so that's a total of 10lbs in all!! (3weeks). I am determined to lose that 4lb this week to reach a stone! Kids are at home for half term, so will have to get out with them as no school run to do ( which is my main exercise).
Have eaten more this week cos it's my TOTM, so now that's near the end I should be able to get back to eating less, so here's for a big loss next week!

Tara - never mind it could be the exercise building muscle, im not so sure i believe the fat% scales tell you about.
Well weighed in and im 11st 6, so only about 1/2 a pound lighter than I was on wednesday... but 2lb lighter than last Monday, so in theory a 2 lb loss, coupled with last monday 3/4 of a pound loss lol i have a total of 2.75 lbs gone thus far in february :rotfl:totally heading in the right direction... just not fast enough for my meeting on thursday and next tuesday! Well heres to another 1 or 2 lbs off for next weeks interview.
Think I may need some new bras (again woohoo) as both my sports bra and normal black and white bras are getting a bit baggy. Fingers crossed I am heading towards being a DD or D (sick of bloody E's - i was a sodding A cup before I had my daughter - big boobs don't agree with me lol, mind you, once they are gone ill be moaning how i need corrective surgery to get rid of the saggyness right?)0 -

Ha ha - I was skipping through hoops last week because I got measured (for the first time in my life), and was a 32D!! i've always worn a B cup, and spent my life moaning that I've no boobs!Ironically, I only got measured, cause I'd lost so much weight in my chest you could've fit a tennis ball in my bra along with what mother nature gave me!
Can't imagine a day where I'd ever be happy at going down a size! But well done - obviously you're weight loss is showing all over - so that's no bad thing!! :T :A

lol i was a 32 A/B and shot up to a 38 E - you can imagine the back pain and trauma lol, im only 5ft! They drowned me! Thankfully back size is back down to a 34 so almost what it was, but it only made my boobs look bigger once my belly and back size started to reduce lol. I'll settle for a C cup if I can get down to one lol. Glad your enjoying yours going up though lol0

Have managed more exercise this week, did 1 hour of a fitness DVD today so hopefully I can keep that up.

Very pleased to report that i weighed in this morning and have lost another 2lbs :j
So thats a total loss of 5 1/2 lbs in two weeksI hope to lose at least 1 1/2 lbs this week to take me down below thw 12 stone mark. Wish me luck x
