  • Sorry, forgot to say in the last post that I've found this website really useful:
    http://www.tesco.com/health/food/LC_wk1/lc_wk1.page
It has some really good ideas for lunches and dinners if you're getting bored of the same old healthy food. Think I've had enough chicken, salad and baked potatoes for at least a year! :rotfl:

I did get a bit peckish towards hometime! I had a small tin of tuna with me so had that on its own, 145 cals and filled me up nicely. :) I'm going to go and stock up, it's a very handy snack!!

OH is cooking tonight, beef stir fry. And no wine!!!

I'm not going to the LBT class (that's £5 saved), I'll do 45 minutes with OT on the computer instead.

Hello everybody and well done on those pounds lost! I haven't been to the gym but am going to get started again as soon as I know I can spare the petrol. I have started to eat healthily tho - lunch today was a small portion of tuna salad, and dinner was beans on toast (yes we are skint lol) but I didn't go mad.
I'm also going to do my sit ups later, better than nothing :-) only problem with this stuff isthe time it takes - I wish there was some way I could do daily clicks and sit ups at the same time!
    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
  • hmmm only 3/4 of a pound off from last week. Can't say I'm not disappointed, because I totally am! i so deserved at least 1lb off grr. Today walked 4 miles (an hrs walk) and I am going to do Davina for 30 mins tonight again. Not had too bad a food day. I guess about 1200 calories total?

Well done on the loss Claire and anyone else who I havent noticed posting about their loses :)
  • Hope you've all had a good day, well done to those who have lost weight :j

I'm completely knackered - I've just finished my Davina DVD and my legs are throbbing, so its obviously working!!! Tomorrow I think it'll be my yoga dance dvd so I can have a bit of a break.

I've been good today food-wise and haven't snacked on bad things at all. Breakfast was cereal and coffee, lunch was a big tuna sarnie and a banana. I always get hungry around 3pm so I'd planned ahead (bit of a first for me :D) and had a nutrigrain bar and some carrot sticks. Instead of my usual zillion coffees through the day, I just drank dilutey juice.

Normally by about this time I'd be knackered and ready to fall asleep but I feel wide awake and buzzing - probably because I haven't eaten any of the rubbishy food I would normally consume during the day.

This week though its my TOTM as well, so whether all these good intentions fly out the window soon is anyone's guess!!!
All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person... :D:p
