I've just finished work, no naughty snacking again today, it might sound mad but I feel a bit lighter. My OH shocked me last night when he said I was looking a lot slimmer - he hardly ever notices these things which is spurring me on even more!
Poshstock - wowww well done you on your 3 lbs loss this week, you're doing great keep it up!!
Charlie - I think today's going to be one of those days for me as well, I'm loaded with cold and feel like absolute rubbish so I think today's exercise for me will be ironing and hoovering and taking the bin bags out! :rotfl: Better than nothing I guess!
Tara - well done on your gym work today, the sun shining always puts me in a better mood as well, keep up the good work!!!
Dazzle - well done on your 3 lbs loss, its just goes to show that even the little things like reducing what you eat can really work.
Everyone's doing great, I love this board!!! :heart2: All these successes make me feel more motivated and determined!!!! :kisses3:
Hope you're all having a good day :cool:All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Well hello, hello!!
Sorry I've been away for so long! Feels like forever since I checked in, although I think it was only yesterday morning!! :rotfl:
How are all you wedding gang-ers, and future virtual hen do go-ers getting on?
Well done to all the losers! Which I think is: Clare, plzhelpmesave, Sarah, Poshstock, LilmissEmmyLou (A loss is still a loss my love!!), and Dazzle!! Sorry if I've missed anyone out!
I think that makes a grand total of 15.25 lbs between us so far!! :T :A :j Which isn't bad going for a weeks work - and I'm sure there'll be plenty more once everyone else's officially weighed in! Maybe I should try keep a weekly tab of the amount of weight we lose in total in the one week? You could post your losses in red, and I'll tally them up every Monday night?
Well done on the gym again Tara - you're really putting me to shame!! I've no motivation at all this week - and I was totally norty last night! I'm not even gonna pretend to be embarassed, cos I wasn't even that annoyed with myself - I sacked off the gym, and sat at home and munched my way through a macaroon bar, a coconut snowball and a packet of pickled onion monster munch! (Yes, one right after the other, and, yes, I did feel very sick afterwards!!)
So - I'm pleased with this weeks 2lbs off, but I'm not hopeful of a repeat performance next week! Especially since I have a big Valentines night planned on Friday! And I won't be avoiding the cocktails for anyone!
xx
PS plzhelpmesave :T :A Massive well done to you for keeping up with the stepping, and Wii Fitting!! I might just drag my own stepper out of the cupboard and give it a go later, since I rudely cancelled on my boyf for a hot date in the swimming pool - I'm being a lazy moo and sitting at home infront of the TV instead - again!!0 -
Well i've just been on my wii family trainer. Thought i'd have a go at the hard exercise's (cause they won't be that hard will they ). Flippin heck I ache all over! :rotfl:Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0

aww Charlie - just u wait until tomorrow... then you will be sorry haha.
crap with money - get use of that stepper!!!! Using it while watching TV is a good way to multi task and be lazy while burning the calories
dazzle - oat cakes are kind of like snack a jacks
had a great food day today! on 875 calories at the mo, so going to have a nice yoghurt to take me up to 1,000 as tbh 875 seems a bit too low for my liking. Exchanging Davina tonight for Rosemary conoly - fancy the change but still want the exercise. Bought 2 pair of size 12 trousers today - combats and jeans. Combats are so so close to fitting! Jeans a little further to go as they r tight on the legs as well as a gap to get the button done. Praying in the next 2 weeks they will fit, so keeping them as an incentive.... at least I have 28 days to return them if I fail (which i WONT damb it lol)0 -
*sniff* no one noticed my 4 pound loss!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
