Hi all, so many posts to read, argh I might miss someone's weight loss out! Tell me off if I do.
I went for dinner to my friend's place last night, it was spag bol so I had less spag and no grated cheese on top! No dessert either.
This morning's weigh-in was surprising, my weight was 61.6kg (almost back to where I started on 1 Feb!) and my body fat was down to 26.6%! OMG, please let it be true and not a blip!
It has really spurred me on to keep going to the gym anyway, I think the daily weigh-ins are helping me. Today I've just been walking, about 2 hours in total. Back to the gym tomorrow though, I might aim for 4 visits this week instead of 3.
Foodwise, I had toast for breakfast (bad), and a yog and chicken couscous for lunch. Tonight's dinner will be veg pasta bake... but I have just eaten a Mars bar while waiting for OH to get home from working late! Oh dear... I don't even want dinner now, how do I tell him? He'll be worried that I have't eaten at all (if only he knew)...
Onto everyone else! Dragon, WELL DONE on the 4lb loss, I am so proud of you!!! :T :T
dazzle, congrats, 3lbs, wow!! :T
gemsy, the oatcakes are just Tesco own brand, I think they're 77p a box and yummy.
crapwithmoney, never mind the junk-eating, I know the feeling right now! Thanks for offering to tally up the losses, great idea!
becca2008, well done, 1lb is 1lb!!
plzhelpmesave, that was a really inspirational post (#393), thanks. I might pin it up on the fridge!
littleemmie (#395), that is my problem too, I tend to eat as soon as I feel remotely peckish. It's hard sometimes to just say 'no' to yourself, isn't it? Anyone got any tips on how to do this effectively?
What a long post, I am wrecked! :rotfl: I so need to stop sabotaging myself, I feel ill after that Mars bar. It's the blimmin' sugar, it's so addictive.Has anyone tried that Marisa Peer book, is it good?

my Fitness Coach for the wii arrived today. i've set up my profile, but have found a slight problem - it's going to be near impossible for me to use it in my room without the rest of my family (sitting in the room below mine) thinking there's a herd of elephants up here!!
i don't know why i didn't think of this before i ordered it!! i can't do exercise dvds for the same reason. it just didn't occur to me when i was ordering the fitness coach!! i hate exercising in front of people, which is why i like the idea of exercising in my room, but the floors/ceilings are so thin in this house, it's ridiculous
i'm finding it very hard to stay motivated at the momenti thought My Fitness Coach would help motivate me, but now i just feel like i've wasted my money

I'm packing my suitcase at the moment, i've got a residential weekend with my uni course and I just know i'm not going to be able to stay on the straight and narrow.
The information leaflet tells us that its a full english breakfast, 3 course lunch and 4 course dinner and that there are scones, cakes, and many more snacks in between....arrghh its a dieters nightmare! The fat person inside me is really excited but the rest of me is dreading it!
Apart from that I also have to do a presentation on .....anything. I haven't written it yet but i've decided on money saving. I've managed to save loads of money since I found this site through more unusual ways like competitions - I thought that might make a bit of an interesting presentation.
I'm off tomorrow until Saturday which is my weigh in day, so fingers crossed i'll manage to stay good. There's a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc so hopefully i'll at least use those if I do cheat :A
Sorry for the mamoth post, just really stressed out at the moment and had to get it all down as my boyfriends sick of hearing about it! :mad:Best Wins * wag for a day = £1500 selfridges vouchers * 4 VIP V Festival tickets * Flights to New York * £1000 *

Oh becca!
(((hugs)))
I know what you mean, I hate exercising in front of OH, I always have to do it when he's not in/away to bed/still asleep in the mornings. If you really don't want to keep it, you can return it. Is there any way your family would give you some peace and quiet to do it? Could you get up a little earlier and do it in the mornings?

gemsy - great idea for a presentation, hopefully you will 'convert' a few people!
Never mind about the food, just tell yourself that it's all free and you don't have to 'get your money's worth' by eating lots, try a little of whatever you fancy and push the plate away when you feel satisfied (not full).
And do use the gym! You can do it!!!!!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Helllo all,
Well done to all for your fantastic weight losses - especially to Dragon.
My first week completed of RC diet - tentatively went to weigh in today and lost the grand total of half a pound! Deprived myself of lots of goodies so feel quite disappointed.
Exercise class this week was aerobics which was good but have decided that I really need to up my exercise to lose more weight.
Must try harder.................

Deans, if it makes you feel better, at least you're losing weight, I'm gaining!! :rotfl:

Becca - Are there any friends houses you could do it at instead? I always take my wii fit round to my friends houses, they love it. Although we usually end up combining it with wine which is makes the whole thing pointless but funBest Wins * wag for a day = £1500 selfridges vouchers * 4 VIP V Festival tickets * Flights to New York * £1000 *

well done! Just a pound - any more is a bonus!0 -
thanks for the suggestions, guys
i guess i'm just feeling really down about my weight at the moment and it's all getting to me a bit today
i don't really have many friends, and no one i could take the wii round togetting up early in the mornings wouldn't work because my mum is *always* up. i don't know what time she gets up, but i've never managed to get up before her - i'm not even totally convinced that she goes to bed at all!!
my boyfriend has suggested just taking the wii downstairs when the house is empty, and i think i'm going to try that, but it will be difficult to get into a routine because my house is so rarely empty.
i hate being so negative about everything!! i just can't seem to shake it.0
