I feel as though i have fallen off the wagon, but i refuse to give up! The bad weather meant that my plans of getting the pedometer out and walking my 10,00 steps has turned into crawling 10,000 times around the lounge pursuing ds who has just learnt to crawl! Foodwise, alot of junk has been consumed, albeit homemade, still junk! So, tomorrow i need to regain control of the food situation! Haven't weighed myself yet, as Tuesday is weigh day for me :O) Well done everyone for doing so well!
Don't worry my week has been exactly the same. Had plans to go out walking everyday but the weather has stopped me. Also have eaten quite a lot of junk. But tommorow is a new day and i've just promised the dog a 4 mile walk so I have to stick to that :rolleyes:Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0 -

All that running around is still good though! Its not like you're sat on the sofa all the time instead of being out and about. The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -
The exercise session turned into an hours yoga. It wont have burnt any calories but I'm relaxed enough not to care :rotfl:The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

half an hours yoga and half an hours prancing around to exercise instructions this morning :A
dont really seem to have shifted much weight but I'm sure it will come. My newly formed bingo wings seem a bit less flabby after a few days of waving my arms about.
Hope you are all having good weekends! The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0 -
morning all!
Well done Jessica :A - i'm still kinda rubbing my eyes after a late night so thought that was enough excercise for this morning!
Feeling a bit bad - after my victory over the pizza the other day, went to a friends last night and ended up having loads of chocolate chip cookies with my tea! 103 calories each  but they were worth it!!! Didn't get round to any real excercise yesterday - other than up and down stairs a million times as i'm potty training my daughter so had to keep taking her to the loo!! Good excercise strategy me thinks...ooooh, and my sis told me i looked a bit thinner...:T
Should be able to do a good day today. Hubby brought me up a cup of tea in bed (v rare occurence, bless him!) then i saw the 2 slices of cholocate cake in the tray!!! Fat feeder alert went off in my fuddled brain and made him take the cake back downstairs......where it will stay. Having some soup with wholemeal bread in the daytime and fish with steamed veg in the evening.
Hubby out this evening so once kids are in bed will get the wii fit out and then tackle the ironing mountain tonite. Time of the month coming up any day as well so need motivation from you guys as that's when i go off the rails and go chocolate mad....helllllllp!0 -

My weigh day was this morning and i'm now 150.4 lbs so a 0.7 lbs loss for me. I'm happy with that as it really all went to pot this week and I haven't tried at all if i'm honest. Hoping to loose a bit more next week though, would like to get to 149 at least :beer:Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0

im trying to be disciplined lol just done 30 mins of Davina, and once ive ate lunch I shall have consumed 525 calories so will stick to about 500 for tea and a 100 calorie snack for my bus tonight (midnight ish so i will no doubt be hungry). If that doesnt set me up to be as light as i can for tomorrow lol, nothing will!
Well done on the loss Lynn and Charlier0 -
Hi everyone,
I know it is part way through Feb but pretty please may I join? I have been reading all of your posts these past few days and have great admiration for you all! I need to lose around 2 stone in total and generally just get fitter. I think my biggest downfalls are big portions (OH eats like a horse so it's force of habit to just shove the same amount onto my plate too!) and snacks as when I get bored at home I hunt for things to nibble on!
Since Christmas (guess who got given a bike as a pressie!) I have been cycling to and from work, sometimes twice a day if I have a long break in between clients, which is a 4 mile round trip so I'm hoping that will do me some good! From tomorrow I am also going to start to take a pasta salad type lunch to work and 1 or 2 healthy snacks, hidden in my bag, in case I find I need them!! I'm hoping to get back onto the Wii Fit as well.
So then everyone, please may I join in?!Latest Wins: Mr Motivator workout DVD, 5 Itunes downloads, Ipod Stereo Dock, Tea, Ipod Nano, True Crime DVD set, Family Pass to Legoland, Eye Pencil, Seeds, Anita Shreves novel, £150 ASOS vouchers, Miracle Gro starter kit :j0
