    That was why my screen had changed! lol, I did do what Espresso mentioned but I've got a few windows open and it all got to be confusing.

    You can also set it to use your own css files. I currently know nothing about css files, but I'm sure it's possible to find one somewhere and modify it.

    Something can probably be managed with this.

  • there must also be a way of writing a script for greasemonkey (firefox addon) to change the colours...but I also don't know how :(

    I've found that Firefox>Tools>Options>Content>Colours>
    and untick "allow pages to choose own colours"
    works quite well/.

    But it is a global change and it ruins other sites too
    Most forums offer the user the choice of styles, if more than one are installed, but in most it is disabled by the owner so you see the design they want
    As I said previously, offer an 'old-style option..

    CSS files are quite simple to edit, but you dont normaly have accsess to do so, but that link fermi has posted looks fun:p
    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

    For anybody really struggling with the colours at the moment, i'd definitely recommend you do this until they hopefully sort it out a bit :D
