James I think your onto something about {Removed by Forum team} not being able to buy a house, however I think the reason you give is not why. The reason he will struggle to buy a house is when it comes to the exchange of contracts the seller's solicitor would not be able to accept all of the terms and conditions in the contract {Removed by Forum team} draws up...

No, I no longer have the solicitor as I have no funds to be able to pay for one to deal with company issues.

So, {Removed by Forum team}, how are you going to go after all those people who have supposed to plagued you with threatening emails and phone calls? You won't get legal aid.

    Jamesgilmour!!! NO NO NO!

He did have a solicitor !!!, he had a free one @ the police station when he was interviewed under caution. Everyone is entitled to one free of charge when you are arrested.

Please get your facts right before calling young {Removed by Forum team} a liar:)

What is the IQ of this idiot? Is he the first person whose IQ has become a negative number?

Hello {Removed by Forum team}, hopefully your still here, I have some questions for you.

    1)
Do you plan to comply with the Companies (Registrar, Languages and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2006 Act, which states, On all of its business letters, order forms or any of the company’s web sites, the company must show in legible lettering,
its place of registration, registered number, its registered office address.

I can only see the Registered Number and Place of Registration. The name of the company you quote is not the company name associated with the Registration Number!
The address supplied is a forwarding one as provided by http://www.my-uk-mail.co.uk/

    2)
Are you registered for VAT. If so whats the number? (If not should we will be ringing the HM Revenue & Customs fraud reporting helpline (0800 788 887))

    3) Are there are any plans for your company to register as a Data Controller, so that you may legally process customers' data under the Data Protection Act 1998? I notice that currently you appear to be in breach of this law.

    4) When do you plan to make your ongoing competition legal under the Gambling Act 2005?

I look forward to your answers.

{Removed by Forum team}, If you want to sell that surplus stuff why don't you just close down your online site now and take that stuff to the nearest car-boot sale. You have demonstrated over the last few months that you haven't either the business acumen or temperament to operate a "proper" company. A car-boot sale is more your style.

In due course, action shall be taken against those who have made malicious telephone calls or emails.

Quetion: Is that not threatening people. As you've already said you can't afford a solicitor. So there for what other action could you take.:rotfl:

The site shows place of registration, number and registered office address as well as the name.

Registration number - yes I agree.
Registered Office Address - were? I could not find it! Remember it must show in legible lettering!
Name - No sorry your wrong! As there is no such company as GLC Group Ltd. I must assume that you are attempting to commit fraud!

I made enquiries regarding a Data Controller and was told it wasn't required.
You need to change your advisers.

There is no competition on the site.
Front page, win a sony laptop. (as stated by Stephen Webber)

I assume that as you have not answered 2) Are you registered for VAT. If so whats the number?

you agree that we should be ringing the HM Revenue & Customs fraud reporting helpline (0800 788 887)!

I have lurked on this thread since the beginning and I must say I'm quite surprised to see the site up and running again.

Anyhow being the nosey person that I am I couldn't resist a quick peek. I did have a little chuckle with this
Our address to write a letter to:

    GC's PC's Blah Blah
    Address Blah Blah

Why can you only write letters to send to that address:confused:? Could you not send a postcard should you want too:confused:? Why just letters....what about birthday cards, christmas cards, presents........there is so much you can get through the post why limit it to letters?:p:rotfl:
