Wow he almost appears apolagetic now , i dont even think its him thats at it.
Its his dad , most kids would have hung themselves by now0 -
Notice that the child’s site is still stating 'GCs PCs is part of GLC Group Ltd -- Registered in England Company Number: 6541505'
This is both misleading - indicating that its part of a larger business, and dishonest - the company name associated with Company No 6541505 is:-
GC'S PC'S LIMITED
350 LONDON ROAD
WESTCLIFF ON SEA
ESSEX
SS0 7JL
The other interesting thing is that according to Companies House the status is Active - Proposal to Strike off.0 -

QUOTE FROM BUSINESSLINK.GOV.UK:
"If your business is a limited company or limited liability partnership (LLP) and you have a website, it must show the company or LLP's:- full name
- registered office and geographic addresses
- registered number
- place of registration
- VAT number
-Your limited company number provided on your website is registered to "Gc's Pc's Limited" at Westcliff on Sea.
-Your limited company name is incorrect: "GLC Group" does not exist.
-The registered office and geographic address for "Gc's Pc's Limited" is not the address on the website;
-Your VAT number is not shown on the website;
-You have not made it clear on your website that you are winding up.
I suggest these are also amended (along with your T&C's) if you want to trade legally.

I imagine he still hasn't filed his accounts from last year. If he hasn't then that's against the law.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Maybe its his last attempt to get rid of all the stock he had and emigrate somewhere where he can hide0

Dear {Removed by Forum team}
Your T&C’s are still nonsense!
To help you out please find my suggestion on a better set, including the correct link to the Distance Selling Regulations.
Ordering
If you order online we will send you a confirmation email to show that we have received your order. There will be no contract between us, however, until we send you an invoice. If you buy offline using our order form, you will not receive an email confirmation, but will receive an invoice with your purchases and that will indicate that a contract exists between us.
Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt of your order. If the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will get in touch with you when we receive your order and inform you of the best delivery schedule. If that schedule is not acceptable to you, you may choose to cancel your order.
Returns Policy
We fully expect you to be very happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us to let us know. If you cancel your order do so, please return the goods to us and we will send you a full refund. When you return the goods please include your full name and contact details, and retain proof of posting. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by us. When you make online, postal and phone purchases you are protected by The Distance Selling Regulations.
Governing Law
Your contract with us will be governed by English law and any dispute will be dealt with in the English courts.

I see 1st-class post is taking 7 days, and 2nd-class post 3 days. The site is still saying that brand-new products may have their seals broken on the box. Something no other company does.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

If a product is being sold as opened, it should be stated on the description of each item.
(Even though mobile companies strongly advise buyers to reject products that have opened boxes), it is perfectly legal to sell phones with opened boxes, however it is ILLEGAL to sell the product as brand-new.
Simply stating that any product can come either opened or unopened is not good enough, young man.Profit=sanity

{Removed_by_Forum_team} wrote: »well people. All that's happening is I am selling off the remaining stock and closing down GC's PC's. No profit whatsoever can counter being arrested and thus as you have destroyed it, I shall now continue with plans of what I've always wanted to do. That's buy a house, have a family, go to University and lead a normal life however I do aim to remain self employed for the rest of my life unless part of a university course or for a bit of extra money.
All that is available in stock are the 'Mega Drop Deals' & the money doesn't go to me, it settles the missing gap in our company accounts that we need to liquidate the assets.
Remember GC's PC's was never anything I ever wanted to do, it was something I accidentally stumbled across that legally made money - I had no interest.
So please cut some slack and let the company die on its own accord.
No, I no longer have the solicitor as I have no funds to be able to pay for one to deal with company issues.
Oh... and the company number and address are very clearly available on the site if anyone bothered to look.
Me thinks {Removed by Forum team} junior will never be able to buy a house, in the same vein that he never had a "silicitir" in the first place. Neither does he intend to let the "company" die, he just wants us off his back. As for "the money doesn't go to me, it settles the missing gap in our company accounts that we need to liquidate the assets" what the hell does that mean? Oh I see: what you meant to write was "the money goes to me, as I will continue to be a lying thieving scumbag"0
