Also the VAT man will be interested in his activities.

Wonder if that's why the CPS haven't taken on the case? Let the tax man have him instead? Makes sense.

Wouldn't it be nice though if the Crown Prosecution Service appreciated it wasn't there to prosecute only the Crown?

Up and down the country, in every major police station throughout the land, there are CPS people trying to cope with acne, remedial English lessons and Twitter, with precious little time left over to consider how best to prosecute someone other than that Windsor woman. Or that Greek husband of hers.

Case after case after case piles up but it's no good, you can't drag Brenda into court on a charge of flogging mobile phones with criminal intent to defraud because there's no proof.

She doesn't know where Southend is anyway, unless it's a polite term for one's bottom.

I have long felt sorry for the staff of the CPS, many of whom went to school. Simple facts have always been a massive challenge to them, hence why many police officers of my acquaintance do indeed say the CPS stands head and shoulders below any other agency of its kind in Europe.

As to young Master {Removed by Forum team} from One's Bottom, getting done over in the court of public opinion is a damn sight worse than a court of Law.

As yet, you're only just beginning to find out. ;)

    Hahahaha note the revised T&C's....
The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.
  • Not sure I can resist those bargain, rock-bottom prices  I see his T's&C's have been replaced by links to 2 govt pdf files.

You'd think with all the time the site was down, he'd have taken the time to correct all the grammatical and spelling errors, but I guess he's too busy studying for his PHD's and all those A-Levels. :rotfl:

I think someone should (if they have time etc) to create a quick blog about gcpcs, so that it will come up on google searches to save anyone else from using the site....and having thier credit cards twice charged etc
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

All relevant UK consumer and trading laws now apply as terms and conditions.
Any refunds shall be provided in the form of a credit note. If a product is found to be faulty you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
