The police are far too lazy to go after real criminals, an anpr van on a bypass somewhere is easy money for them.
And if they get bored with that they can beat up leagally protesting members of the public."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

I'm sure this will turn into quite a heated discussion if there are any police officers reading this thread."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -

Generalisations are never fair, you really can't tar everybody with the same brush. I'm sure there are bad apples in the Police service as with every other job, but I'm equally sure that the majority of them took up the job for the very best of reasons (and I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I just like to be fair).
Anyway, this is all off topic (although I do think the thread has run it's course).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Now that the investigations are over....is there any possibility of {Removed by Forum team} re-opening his web shop? If anything, for its side-splitting comedy valueProfit=sanity
Turnover=vanity

Really guys, I would not fret about fat !!!!!!! not having been charged. At least he now has more time studying for his "A" levels with his mum (I dare say {Removed by Forum team} is too young to understand the pun).
On a more serious note, you can't run an online business without a reliable card merchant at your side; he has been kicked out of PayPal and Google Checkout twice, not forgetting protx and Barclays Merchant Services; there are probably others; if he finds one again, all anyone has to do is send the card merchant a link to this forum, and believe you me, they'll close his account faster than he can serve my daughter her Happy Meal.0 -
I guess that he also has to worry about any Civil actions which 'happy' customers are taking him to court over to get their money back!
I guess he also needs to sort out with Companies House his Financial Returns.
I would be surprised that he would have any time to re-open given the big problems he might still be facing.0 -
