I like this page: http://www.gcspcs.co.uk/store/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=2
Very professional looking address, department 1190 must be his bedroom. Also the only email address on the site is the one that goes straight to his solicitor - the entire sites revenue must go towards their wages.Male.

"I don't wish to buy online with a credit card, and wanted to ask whether I can pay you the £209.99 (plus postage) by either PayPal or e-Gold"
She says she doesn't wish to buy online yet she asks to pay by PayPal. I would give you a grade U in English Jane and is punishable by 20,000 years in prison.
Hi,
She "Does not want to buy online with a credit card". This is not an unreasonable request, young {Removed by Forum team}.
-If payment is made to you (the seller) via PayPal, you receive the payment, together with a forwarding address for the goods....no other details. This makes it safe from fraudsters;
-If you want to be paid by credit card over the phone or email, you (the seller) must physically take their full card details, including the 3-digit security number on the reverse of the card. Would you not consider this a little dangerous, considering your alleged track record?
She obviously did not want to give sensitive information over the phone, {Removed by Forum team}, and neither would anyone else with a brain. I dont see anything wrong, only that you are spitting the dummy because you cannot provide a safe form of payment to your [STRIKE]victims[/STRIKE] customers.
But you should know this {Removed by Forum team}: A clued up hot-shot businessman such as yourself.
As a retailer, you are doing yourself no favours by issuing personal insults to unhappy customers through a public forum, but simply demonstrating what an immature young oik you really are.
PS: You website STILL does not include:
-Registered company name;
-Registered company address;
-A legal explanation of how you will refund customers.
-full terms and conditions which fully adhere to the DSR's (May I remind you for the third time that compliance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations is a legal obligation and not a choice).
Trading standards will close you down in no time these are not amended as soon as possible.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Profit=sanity

{Removed by Forum team} stop being such a pleb and run your business properly. Oh and if you're going to be picky, it's physically (and mentally) impossible to have a minus IQ.The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

Ignore away {Removed by Forum team}....
...But let me just remind you that I am one of the few writing on this thread offering sensible advice in order to get your website up to scratch (I run a selection of very successful webshops, and I know both the Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale of Goods Regulations (1979) inside out with my eyes closed).
You can either accept my honest advice (I have advised you many many times of what your website legally requires in order to be able to trade within the lawbut you constantly ignore the advice), along with advice from other posters, or simply ignore it, dig a much deeper hole, and end up in jail for selling illegally.
It's up to you.
PS: I know fine well Jane was never a customer, however she was still a POTENTIAL customer. The first rule in business is that you treat any new and POTENTIAL customers like gold dust....you kiss their a*ses and offer a sterling service until they buy from you. They will then come back and buy more (But you should already know this, Mr Hotshot businessman).
.....but you didn't. you simply assume that anyone with a query is a timewaster, and treat them with ditain.Profit=sanity

You are actually correct about some thing!!!

Sorry I think you have misinterpreted what was said. You don’t have a choice but to comply with the relevant laws, or you run the risk of being arrested (again).
The issue is that your previous T&C’s and your PRESENT T&C’s contradict the law, and thus are invalid.
I suggest that you close your site for good and give up now. I wonder how many genuine orders you have received. - Only you know the answer to this - but my guess based upon your comment:- ‘…. turnover so low….’ that its not much. Is it worth the abuse and the trouble?0 -
{Removed by Forum team} if I was wishing to buy off your website without having to make a phone order - how do you propose I pay, since you don't directly provide an address to send cheques to?Male.
