So {Removed by Forum team} if your phone is never on how are you going to sell this stock you have left to sell?

Isnt it about time you went back to burger flipping?.

    Remember we have your number!!
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.
  • ............You can either accept my honest advice.......... along with advice from other posters, or simply ignore it, dig a much deeper hole, and end up in jail for selling illegally.

    It's up to you.

This is very good advice as well. It also not very difficult to actually implement these changes!

    What your excuse this time?

I am very surprised that {Removed by Forum team} website has not been reviewed by anyone on

    http://www.sitejabber.com/search?keyword=www.gcspcs.co.uk

....especially since www.sitejabber.com is at the top of google page 1 if you search for "website reviews".....

{Removed by Forum team}, you have not answered the question of how you are going to honour those credit notes if you are closing down, especially as your T&C's state that all refunds will be made in this way. Surely those credit notes are just worthless pieces of paper?

Edit I see he has changed his T&Cs again and it now reads:-

Any refunds shall be provided in the form of a credit note for exchange or in the form of a company cheque

But who would want a credit note?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

I think he is on dodgy ground with this:-

All faulty items may be returned within 30 days (see exception '7'). After this period, the remaining 11 months shall be redeemable through relevant service centres

I thought under the Sale Of Goods Act the retailer is responsible for the repair and not the manufacturer, or "relevant service centres" (whatever they are).

I thought under the Sale Of Goods Act the retailer is responsible for the repair and not the manufacturer, or "relevant service centres" (whatever they are).

{Removed by Forum team} should observe these guidelines from the Sale of Goods Act:

QUOTE:"If a consumer chooses to request a repair or replacement, then for the first six months after purchase it will be for the retailer to prove the goods did conform to contract (e.g. were not inherently faulty)"

....as there is no legal contract for the buyer to conform to, the seller would legally have no choice but to accept responibility for faulty goods for 6 months from purchase.

QUOTE:"It is the seller, not the manufacturer, who is responsible if goods do not conform to contract."

    ...again, no contract to conform to from gcspcs, therefore the buyer would be legally entitled to a full replacement from gcspcs (NOT the manufacturer);

QUOTE "If the shop displays a sign stating they only give credit notes instead of refunds, they might be breaking the law and you could report them to Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06. Consumers in Northern Ireland should contact www.consumerline.org on 0845 600 6262."

...{Removed by Forum team} is still only offering credit notes as refunds.

These are hard, factual UK laws which MUST be conformed to.....But {Removed by Forum team} continues to make excuses, he has already told me that: QUOTE "You're just a time waster so I shall just ignore your posts."

Ignore away, young man. You are doing yourself no favours.

Here is a Quote from the stand up comedian Jane Nicholls:

"I don't wish to buy online with a credit card, and wanted to ask whether I can pay you the £209.99 (plus postage) by either PayPal or e-Gold"

She says she doesn't wish to buy online yet she asks to pay by PayPal. I would give you a grade U in English Jane and is punishable by 20,000 years in prison.

This totals an IQ score of -28643163573213657831588139. Well done Jane you now hold an unofficial World Record!!!

...Oh and the comma is in the incorrect place should she have needed one anyway

I'm afraid then you've also got yourself a U in English {Removed by Forum team} for not making proper grammatical sense and for the lack of a full stop at the end. Never knew it was so easy to fail English these days.

Doubt even the burger flipping places would want him. I've chewed up and spat out worse.

Thank you TDQO however Jane doesn't seem to understand why a negative IQ cannot exist.

Maybe you should explain it to her because she doesn't seem to understand clear English. Perhaps try the correct dialect for Edinburgh and the accent.

OMG, that is one angry chav; {Removed by Forum team}, I think you need to loose your virginity, the pressure is getting to you; is there not a nice, fat Benfleet girl with bad breath and acne you could ask out?

Or see your mum in Canvey island and show her what "A" levels really mean?
