However, there is a matter between us as to why it does not appear and is not your problem and you don't need to know either.
Were the accounts just a single sheet of paper which you had scrawled "I AM A D*CK" on?
Would you like me to send you a pro-forma of what a set of accounts should look like, so that you would recognise them when you attempt to shift around the remains of all the burgers which are encrusted on the carpet? I doubt Companies House would be too enamoured at all the grease on them though...Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

He always scoots off when he can't make up the answers fast enough. Remember his brain only operates at one word per minute. (That's why he makes so many mistakes, because by the time he thinks of the next word, he's forgotten all that went before. So we end up with blah blah blah blah, blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah.)Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

Thank you for such a hilarious thread people, I have been in stitches reading this over the months.
For a limited company I have never seen so many changes of directors within a short space of time, saying that I don't see any at all registered as current on the companies database I have access to.
Have a look at this:
Document filing dates :
20/03/2008 Change of Directors
9/05/2008 Change in Reg. Office
17/06/2008 Change of Directors
20/06/2008 Change of Directors
12/08/2008 Change of Directors
15/10/2008 Change of Directors
31/12/2008 Change of Directors
12/01/2009 Change of Directors
11/02/2009 Change of Directors
21/07/2009 Warning notice, coy in default
Seems {Removed by Forum team} must be confused with what company he has registered in Basingstoke as PERCORSO FORMULA ONE LIMITED is the one registered there not 'GC PCs very limited'.
I guess he needs to 'liquidate' his stock quickly in time to buy Mummy a Ferrari for her birthday present next month.:rotfl:0 -

Are you still ignoring me {Removed by Forum team}?
This thread must be like a scab on your arm, {Removed by Forum team}. You know you must leave it alone, but can't resist going back for a little pick every now and again. I still fail to understand why you have not actioned on the advice I gave you. Let me help you out in plain, simple English young man:
1. It is an obligation to provide your correct registered company name along wth its registration number. Your registered company name is "GC'S PC'S LIMITED" but there is no mention of this in your website. TRUST ME, THIS IS ILLEGAL!
2. It is a legal obligation to provide your correct registered office address. Your registered office address is: "350 London Road, Westcliff on Sea, SS0 7JL" but there is no mention of this in your website. TRUST ME, THIS IS ILLEGAL!
3. You have knowingly provided a false limited company name on your website. "The GLC Group Ltd" does not exist. TRUST ME, THIS IS ILLEGAL! KNOWINGLY PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION TO YOUR BUYERS CAN LEAD TO A CUSTODIAL SENTENCE!
4. You are informing your buyers that any refunds will be in the form of a credit note. TRUST ME, THIS IS ILLEGAL! YOU HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO OFFER YOUR BUYERS A MONETARY REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS.
5. You are informing your customers that you will not be responsible for faulty goods after 30 days. TRUST ME, THIS IS ILLEGAL! YOU HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE YOUR BUYERS WITH EITHER A FULL MONETARY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT UP TO 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE.
6. You complain about 'fake' customers: IF THEY WERE TREATED WITH RESPECT IN THE FIRST PLACE, THE WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOU. YOU WOULD NOT EXPECT TO BE INSULTED IN TESCO IF YOU COMPLAINED, WOULD YOU?
Why do I continually harp on about these laws? {Removed by Forum team}, I am a web retailer myself, and it is unfair for you to be doing this while legitimate web shops such as ours have spent thousands of pounds (Yes, we really have), as well as hours of man-time ensuring our websites are legal and accurate. You are giving other web retailers a bad name.
Threats, insults, and tantrums will do no good. the problem will still be there.
If your website is not updated to the legal standard, I will have no choice but to report the site to the appropriate authorities.
......But I forgot, you are ignoring me, aren't you? Ignore away young man, the law will catch up with you quicker than you can say "Win A Sony Laptop". I am questioning whether "{Removed by Forum team}" is actually {Removed by Forum team}....Profit=sanity
Turnover=vanity
Greed=inhumanity:dance:0
