And anyway, in true Ukevas style, I'd rather have a few runners like that to chase than a bunch of hairy men!:p;)

Talking of which, how exciting raphael - I hopethat your package is your Garmin. You'll have sooooo much fun with it.

It was my garmin :D I took the dog out for a walk to try it out, then went for a run in the evening (bloody music died halfway round thou ).
Also took it out on a bike ride thru the woods with OH this morn. I'm loving the graphs!

    Nice few days :D

You should have done the Yarmouth parkrun while you were up there :p

I know mine has ages to go but is well shabby - I walk past the office twice a day and it annoys me I cant just pop in and get a new one

naffed off...all tanked up and ready to go for seven mile run this morning...run chums cried off....I know, I know, I should have gone on my own - it was torrential.

then i suggested I go to gym with OH and do my seven miles on treadmill....he has decided that he is too tired to go and workout so we will just swim instead....grrrrrrrrr

(can't blame OH too much, he is under mucho stress trying to get a project finished)

    will just have to swim.....

rupe going back to weight and appetite. The mind can misinterpret the signal for hunger and thirst. If you drink some water when you feel ravenous you may not feel so hungry 20 minutes later but if you are eat. I have found it work for me.

Hey simply, your sig needs updating now. Excellent run this morning and a new distance for you too  Pleased it felt good all the way round - I'm hoping for that the next time I run that sort of distance. Last couple required some effort - though perhaps only mentally as my HR/pace wasn't that far off the rest of the run!
