Took today's run cautiously in mind of the heat and the dehydration at the end of last week's long run. It felt comfortable in the end but I dont think that I'd have wanted to have been going much quicker today.

Hi Sally,
Nice run this morning, but be careful with those knees!
Becky is fine but she has temporarily lost her internet connection at home so can only post from work, and she wont be posting much from there this week cos she's at a conference in Vienna (alright for some!). Cheeky!!!
Tee hee
Well postponed my run til this evening, just couldn't face the sun. Didn't do too badly, foot no longer hurts but had to keep stopping and starting.
Still only 4 minutes longer than before the half so pleased with that

All that running you lot did yesterday makes me feel like a right slacker. All I managed was a 45 min walk with gf+dog after work. Then it was down to making burgers and manly bbq duties :rotfl:. GF bought me a short sleeved running top :j so I can now retire my long sleeved one till winter. I wish I could run before work but I really don't want to get up at 3am and I think GF might have a fit if I started doing that :rotfl:
Well done scorgeous for braving it in the heat.
I wonder if they tried to eject alias from the RFL:staradmin5k - 00:27:46:staradmin 10k - 00:57.03:staradminHalf - 02:01:15:staradmin5M - 00:44:07:staradmin0
