Fair enough, that actually is quite modest, since we all know you're much fitter than most

Afternoon all,
First day back in work after a vey long and welcome break.
Holiday was fab nice weather and good food but no training as the kids decided to stay up late most nights, but we did manage to get a good hours walking in most days so it wasnt a complete disaster.
Looking forward to getting back into training now as its not long now until the mansfield 1/2 on 27june so iv only got 5 weeks of training to get up to speed. Once i get back into the mood for training it should be fine just still in holiday mode.
Hope everyone training has been going well.Running Club5KM - 25:20(51.21%) 10KM - 53:40(50.26%)1/2 Marathon - 2.14.57(44.20%)Marathon 5:11:00 (40.78%)0 -

Hypno is exhausted
Work is manic, I have a mouth full of ulcers, a permanent headache, and am so tired, yet sleeping badly.
Normal service will be resumed in due course but at the moment I am just a bit bleurgh
