Does walking around the shops count as extra miles? :D
Walking around shops should count double, at least, its sooooooooo tiring!

Cant believe that some people actually look forward to the experience!:p:p

Shopping is mentally exhausting. A mere mile or two up and down Oxford street is enough to make me want to weep.;)

My running took a hit last night, I twisted my leg awkwardly playing football. Am fine walking but running is a definite no-no. So I won't be out again until Sunday or maybe Monday. I wanted to do the Wimbledon Parkrun again as well

I hate shopping - I do all mine online if I can (or at least search for what I want to buy and then go try it on :D)

No worries we arent doing it either since its Rich's birthday I am taking him out for the day :D

Hope the ankle gets better soon!

Glad you're taking the sensible approach, Beer Tins.

The Wimbledon parkrun is out for me too - I've been told in no uncertain terms that I'm not going.:o

Thanks. It's the knee though (should have clarified!). Is it his actual birthday on Saturday or is that just when you're celebrating*?

    *commiserating in his case ;)

Ooo just realised that my WAVA ratings go up on Saturday.:D:D

That means you'll have to work just that little bit harder to overtake me.:p

Roll on the next b/day...and the next.

Yeah, It's annoying and I'll have to make myself stay in, though! The last thing I want is a drawn out injury or lasting problems, so I know it's the right thing to do. No football until next Wednesday at the earliest, either. Even that might not be on due to the "other" game being played that night!
