I'VE BEEN RUNNING sorry for shouting
4 miles in 36 minutes ish and a 10 minute walk (about 0.60 miles) to cool down - i feel good
But it was hard work on the chest - I have bought a B-12 supplement and am going to take it for a week or two and see if that helps at all everything else was working fine though - did some fast and slow bits to test me out - the knees were a little stiff to start with but the legs were feeling great
Off to have a nice bath now - its hot out0 -

What a nice evening for a run!:D
Cool and breezy, it was just those pesky little midgey things that stopped it being perfect running conditions.

I do the singing test
If I can sing then I'm running slowly enough - at this stage your bodies still adjusting to the increasing mileage so dont worry if you find in a few weeks you find the times drop off a bit as you get a bit tired - maybe you can try slowing down then and until that happens just enjoy it I guess
(although wearing your shirt the right way round might help)
