Rich - hope it's not me being thick here but I noticed that some percentages have been added after peoples race times and I wondered what they were? I'm assuming WR = world record or is it something else?

    Cheers!

Yep, so we know what we should be aiming for...:rotfl:

I aim to get to the end of a run without passing out! I still haven't managed to do it without wee rests!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
BTW that's 'wee' as in small, nothing else!!!!!

And the percentages? What are they?

Rich have you been to get your head checked yet?

(falling stone incident for those not in the know - not just a general head check ;))

Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone; I'm pleased to report that I've been out for my run and am now enjoying a nice cold glass of wine. :T

I tried a fartlek run tonight but I think that my legs were still feeling the effects of my weekend runs (6, 4 and 10 miles consecutively). It was the first time I've run 20 miles over 3 days and my legs were quite heavy tonight - 4 miles 00:39:03 (09:42/mile). Will go for a nice slow run tomorrow.

Falling stone incident?? Was that whilst out running? Hmm, a bit more nagging might be in order if that hasn't been checked out before too long. :D
